I took my car here to be repaired. It suffered quite significant exterior damage from an accident. Upon arrival at the shop, I was greeted by a professional team, they kindly assessed the damage, and explained to me patiently. While waiting for my car to be fixed, the team would send updates about the progress. When I finally picked up my car, not only it had been fixed, it was also cleaned, like new, and it runs like new too! Exceptional team, friendly and professional, highly recommended!

I cannot recommend RJ Don Panelbeaters highly enough. Their friendly, accommodating, timely service is beyond exceptional. Super lovely to deal with, the team went above and beyond to get my car back to me before the expected return date that was originally planned. Picked up a cleaned car inside and out on completion of work.
Have to mention that the team helped out on a very small issue on my husbands car, at no charge a few months back, which is unheard of these days, all class.
Can't be more impressed with the service the team provided. Keep on doing what your doing RJ Don team you should be super proud of the service you are bringing to customers.

Wow! What an efficient, organised, helpful and kindhearted team they have at RJ Don! Last Friday I had backed into a wooden barrier and ripped half the bumper off my silver Nissan Pulsar, I went in on Saturday morning and Robert kindly stopped what he was doing and took a look at it straight away! He asked if I could wait 10min and he’d be able to get it fixed right then and there! He needed to attach some clips that were broken or missing and had it fixed in no time! When I asked how much that would be he said “no charge, it’s free, it only took 10min! ” Wow! I was so impressed especially after another panelbeater had quoted me $600! I am truely so grateful to Robert McCoskery and all the team at RJ Don for their excellent service and generosity to me. I have got my car scratched on the passenger side, that was a long scratches. I went there and expecting a full price for fix it. But Robert has tried to polish it and see it can come-off or not. It was comes off and he did it for Free! They are service was excellent, awesome and generous. They have really made my day. Thank you so much and strongly recommend you guys to there.

Got some panelbeating done with RJ Don and I was so impressed with the service! Went to another panelbeater shop before I came here and they told me they couldn't book me in for another 5 weeks. RJ Don said they could order the parts and get my car fixed in under a week- which they did AND provided a free courtesy car! Did not have to pay a dollar as collaboration with my insurance company was also perfect. They did an excellent job, would highly recommend their professional service.

I have got my car (not too bad) scratches so went there expecting to get it removed with full price, but what he did was he removed it for me for FREE! So I have written this to show everyone how awesome and generous they were. They have really made my day. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend you guys to others!

When our brand new Mazda got bashed from the back by someone, we searched for a reliable and good panel beater, and R J Don had good reviews. Unfortunately our experience with R J Don was pretty negative with all the surprises and the disappointments that we had to deal with over 6 weeks. Therefore, I would not recommend this place if your car is valuable and precious to you and you don't want any dramas.

When we first picked up our car, we found out that there were paint dribbling marks on the new panel. We also had water leaking from the top boot door to indoor as well as loose rear parking sensors- one even came off after a few day.

Moreover, we had many other issues with RJ Don since we constantly had to take our vehicle back several times in order for them to solve the poor workmanship on the paint jobs and replace the damaged plastic claddings while they were working on the vehicle carelessly. The latest one that they refused to take responsibility is the new scratches by the front left door. We noticed that after we picked our car up in the evening and followed up with them immediately. They said that they actually noticed them as they were cleaning the vehicle even before doing some works (which we all know that that is not a common practice of panel beaters- they normally groom cars afterwards). Also, they did not mention anything about it to us at all until we noticed them and asked them about it. We have been using the vehicle on a daily basis and there is no way that we would have missed those scratches. We actually have some photos taken right before we took the car into RJ Don on that morning which can prove that those scratches were not there when we dropped off our car. We communicated these factors with them, but they only offered to touch up the scratches and they look very ugly.

Overall, this whole repair and the entire process have been extremely long and stressful for us. Our brand new vehicle with an only minor back bash to be fixed is now left with many scuffs/scratches here and there (exterior& interior) due to careless handling of the vehicle as well as poor workmanship.

My trusted old work horse - a Toyota Estima - failed the WOF recently due to a damage she sustained 10 years ago.
All those years it was not a problem but all of a sudden they insisted on a panelbeater's report.
Panelbeater after panelbeater declined issuing such a report, but RJ DON was not only willing to do so.
On the spot they also knocked out the dent and applied some paint FOR FREE so that the van would pass re-inspection. And it did!
It's safe to say that I've never met such a friendly and helpful panelbeater. I can't thank you enough, RJ DON!

Rob and the team at R J Dons were awesome from the start to the finish, done my quote on the spot and ran me through what could be done.
Kept me informed and sent progress pics of my van as they work on it.
I was amazed how thorough they were and the end finish was way beyond my expectations inside and out.
Even though it looked like they had done a heap of extras they stuck to there quote.
Cant thank them enough definitely be back to use them again.
