Brung my car in earlier in the year with some issues. Ended up getting a quote just over $1200 for the problem to be fixed after paying this an getting all electrical fixed they then told me the problem is still there and that I would need a new motor. Never coming back and I only just wanted to leave my experience because I seen someone else had a bad experience there recently.

Recently had a WOF check that turned up more issues than expected. The team were really kind, explained the issues well and had me on my way safely. They go the extra mile and gave me the best price options. Thank you again to the team!

This auto centre's is very reliable and helpful when I needed their help especially when I'm desperate with my car was going to write off by the insurance. Their quotes are much cheaper compare to others especially panelbeater part, their team work had very good and positive attitudes towards me as their customers. We bought the $49 coupon (for car service), and we were very happy with the service that our car received. Also appreciated the fact that they have a waiting room for customers. We will definitely go back there for our next car service. Highly recommend.

It clearly states what specific services they provide with the coupon, and it also clearly states that you may need to pay extra, depending on what your car needs to pass the service check. There is no hidden costs or charges. Everything is explained clearly under the coupon details, which we really appreciate. Thank you.

As a woman it can be hard finding mechanical services that you can trust. I really appreciated Nasir listening to my issues and giving me a fair quote without trying to upsell me on other services. The work was carried out well and promptly. I will definitely be going back to see them again in the future.

These amateurs nearly ruined my car. I spent over $500 for a WOF and Full Service. Shortly after that, my car stopped and had to be towed back. I asked my brother-in-law to look at it, and he brought his younger brother who is qualified mechanic. He took a look and said that these guys (Railside Auto Centre) didn't fill the break and transmission fluids! Over $500 spent and these people ripped me off! We're not rich, and all we ask for is to be given a good service for the money we worked hard to get, and use to pay you guys. I don't trust this business and I don't trust them as so called people. They don't even deserve the 1-star but the review won't post if I don't press a star. Very upset and angry!

Overcharged for a basic repair cause I don't know about cars and when I say overcharged I mean 4 times the market price. Scammers.

Same experience. Bought the $49 grabone for service but was charge additional for the filter and so called premium oil. Stay away! If you have bought it already, stay at the shop and wait until they have done what they are supposed to do.

Watch out! Scammers trying to get extra money surcharging after people bought from Grabone. I'm not the first one to have this problem. Edit: They are now just lying again saying that I wanted a WOF. Just go fix the Grabone descriptions, scammers.

Best mechanic workshop in town. Absolute trustworthy people.
Very reliable, wont do doggy stuff or charge you unnecessarily like other mechanic shops.
I have tried consulting a lot of mechanics in the last 9 years but honestly these people have been the best. I would highly recommend them.

A pure fraud! Have been trapped by a business called Railside Auto Centre, purchased Japanese car service for $ 49 but when I called the company and was informed there will be a compulsory surcharge of $ 65 for changing oil filter (otherwise they won't order the $ 49 voucher), makes the total $ 114 while other garages only charge for $ 59 or $ 69 for the same service items. Their website does not mention that filter charge $ 65 is a must, only saying " Oil filter can be changed for an additional charge payable direct to the merchant" which it clearly an option which customer can opt out. This is a trap and deceptive conduct.

This merchant simply offend the consumer law by providing a misleading advertisement on Grabone, and won’t refund my money by saying I can make complains against them everywhere if I can, simply shameless!

WARNING! DO NOT BE TRAPPED by this conman, look at other numerous one star poor feedbacks before wasting your hard earned money and precious time!

We had been having issues with our car for a while now. Took it to different mechanics and they all say they don't know what the issue is (as well as charged us $3k for pretty much a full service, as they didn't fix the issue with our transmission). Took car to these guys and the boss picked up the issue with just me discribing the problem. Fixed our car and has been running smoothly. Very grateful for this team. The boss is so awesome to deal with. I went to pick up my car and he asked me what plans do we have for the weekend, told him a bit of my life and health issues and the challenges my family would be doing to raise money for cancer. He then turned to me and said "if your car fails the warrant for anything, bring it back to my guys and they will fix the issue free of charge, that is our contribution for the fundraising". My heart just sank, he came around and gave me a hug and wished me well. I couldn't stop crying on my way home, knowing that there are still good people out there in the world. Am very grateful for this team and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone I know. They are not only a business, but a business with workers who care deeply for their customers.

I thought i only had one problem on my car turns out there was alot more work that needed to be done thanks to railside auto centre they were able to fix my baby up & get her back on the road again, will definitely be going back for my brakes & spark plugs to be done!
