Got my service done with these guys through a Groupon coupon, they changed the wiring of the bulbs on the rear side of the car so I’d have to come back for another repair session. Dishonest and unethical staff and service.

Nassor and Gul were outstanding in repairing both my sons ute.failed wof bc of rust.and my car failed wof bc of many things. Both times the repairs were done in record time and the cost was discounted both times. I woild highy recommend this automotive service to everyone wanting to get good honest service.

Very pathetic service, worst experience ever. Other people write reviews is true but I didn't check the reviews that was my biggest mistake and I got scamed and plus the small problem they made it big and try to charge lot of money and plus take more than 3 hours to just doing normal service and wof plz don't go there

Do not go this RailSide Auto Centre for getting Warranty of Fitness. They failed my vehicle, and required to fix many problems which the repair cost are $1600. The next day, I decided to go to another place, and my car passed the WOF.
Be careful: RailSide Auto pretends a small issue to be the big issue. Parts can still be used, RailSide asked to get new replacements. They kept saying new law and regulation are strict, to make you listen to them.

Hi highly recommend Nasir and the team at Railside Motors. Nasir is very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic. The workmanship is always of good quality. Very affordable prices. Nasir and the team always goes the extra mile also I love it they have a panel beater as well. Nasir services all our families 10+ cars.

Ps…. I was a customer of the original owner Ivan then we left when he sold the business. It was good to go back to a awesome mechanic in the same building.

Booked in but when I went in they said I had no appointment and was at the wrong place. Then I called again, it was the right place. But the person who booked me in didn't do it. I was really confused

Unprofessional, disorganised, certainly not going back. I bought a Grabone voucher for a service here, and made an appointment for 3pm but sat waiting for more than half an hour before they even touched my car while people wandered about outside apparently doing nothing. Service itself took a little over an hour but I did not receive any documentation whatsoever showing what had been done/used.

Terrible communication, bad customer service, and all round didn't seem like many of them knew what they were doing. I guess you get what you pay for!

HIGHLY don’t recommend, run never go to that place.
Went for WOF and failed on shock absorbers and the guy mysteriously had the part available for $1100, total scam.
Paid $150 for oil and filter changed, which i was doubting they did the job at all, no invoice, no explanation what type of oil used if at all.
Didn’t even enter the wof check in the system
Passed the WOF at Vintz the next day, guys were shocked perfectly fine shock Absorbers!

Had my car fixed by them what a great job, they went the extra mile to make sure all was well with my car. It was an older white Mitsubishi and the workmanship was first rate cheers guys I will recommend you to all my family and friends

Over the last 4 years Nasa has provided service for 3 of our vehicles ranging from WOF, to pre-purchase inspections, to major transmission work and repairs. He's always been completely upfront with us and works hard to ensure you don't spend money you don't have to. He's an honest and skilled mechanic, which is all we need. We used to commute to Railside when we lived in the North Shore for car repair, now we're in Henderson so it's much easier.)

Saw Railside Auto's sign while driving and decided to pull in and ask about compliance and repairs for my Altezza. They were very welcoming, helpful and took a quick look even though I turned up unannounced. Ended up leaving my car there and getting it back 2 days later complete with compliance. Over $1k cheaper than the other place I was about to go to.

First my car is a lemon and I can't wait to be able to get rid of it. Second I have had the lemon at numerous mechanics and had numerous repairs and quotes done. Third I drive for a living and know a exhaust pipe from a radiator. I absolutely recommend Railside auto for Fair pricing, Excellent workmanship and quick service and booking. The staff are polite and friendly. My lemon got her wof today from vtnz. Passed with flying colors. I'll be back and I'll be bringing my mum too. Thank you. A+.

Find anywhere else, these guys are sharks. The previous owners were awesome. They hustle you at every opportunity.
