Ray White SuperCity Rentals reviews
51You guys are professional and very helpful, you always take care about every single details instead of us, and answer all our questions, I am very happy with you, thank you so much.
Thanks Ray White Rentals for the fantastic service that you provided to my husband and I. Absolutely love the new pad! From the get go, the staff were professional and helpful - we will be recommending you to our family and friends. Thanks again!
I could not be happier with my experience with the team from Ray White. The receptionist was so friendly when I arrived from Christchurch to meet with a Real Estate agent that would guide me in the right direction for an investment property in the city. I met with Michelle Yarak who was so knowledgeable about the Auckland City apartment business which I have learnt is a minefield if you don’t have the inside knowledge. I bought an apartment and the lovely lady that runs the rentals secured me a tenant prior to settlement. The service here was outstanding
100% agree with other comments, and why are you just keep replying contact with someone? Because all the people works here are the same types of person.they don't care about anyone else except themselves. The stuff is very rude. I trying to ask if there is apartment that I could rent, the reception was pure rude for some reason, I can tell from her face that she had a very long day.
I have to see psychologist about one week, because I really wanna forget about this horrible experience with raywhite.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! I emailed James Mair about apartments they had listed for sale. 'He' made arrangements for me to view 3 so I booked hotel accommodation and flew to Auckland. He didn't show up. When the receptionist called him he said he'd never heard back. LIAR! I emailed him AGAIN, sent a message AND left a phone message. NOTHING! It must be a prerequisite for being a Ray White salesperson because I, unfortunately, signed these MISCREANTS to sell my executive home in Napier and 'that' agent was a pathological liar and the owner of the agency a complete psychopath and yes, I did contact the REAA! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
I have a high regard for the professionalism and good service from Rae Lauder. After moving from two previous Property Management companies, I am glad that I got the services of Ray White and more especially, Rae Lauder.
I have been using Ray White Supercity Rentals to manage my properties in Auckland for 6+ years. They have demonstrated professionalism and competence with tenant selection and all aspects of property management. Thoroughly recommended.
I am privileged to have Ray White SuperCity Rental Management Ltd manage my properties. I have other Property Managers manage my properties but find Ray White's services by far the best.
If you want lazy sales agents then this is the company for you. If you list with this company don't expect your agent to respond to buyer queries or phone calls. As a buyer I just gave looking at their listings, too frustrating.
AVOID THIS OFFICE IF YOU CAN. Communication is so poor, it's so frustrating. We moved out more than 2 weeks ago and we never heard anything from the agent regarding the final inspection and our bond. We kept sending emails to the agent Rae and nothing. My brother decided to go to the office instead and receptionist (thank you!) said she will follow up urgently with someone from the office. After that we finally heard from someone in the office that our agent is sick. Was told then that the shower was dirty and either we come back to clean it or we pay around $100. WHAT'S FRUSTRATING IS they could have told us that the shower is dirty the week we moved out so we could have cleaned it (if that's the only thing they are waiting for so they can return our bond). Also, if the agent is sick SOMEONE SHOULD BE LOOKING AFTER HER CLIENTS. WE WERE LEFT HANGING FOR WEEKS WAITING FOR NEWS ABOUT OUR BOND and we need it to pay off the bond for our new apartment.
