I had a very bad experience with SA, one of the mechanics broke wiper and they did not get it fixed until about 3 months after. Also, I tried to get a WOF and they promise to send me a quote but they never did and I had to pay like 75 dollars just for them to inspect my car. It was a scam.

Never get your WOF at SA else you get scammed.

Have had my car serviced at Shore Automotive for years. Great work and competitive pricing. The customer service is very good, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

What an amazing experience I have had with Shore Automotive! Over the phone, Shane was upfront as he outlined the process for an air con repair. He tested, diagnosed, and repaired the fault within a couple of hours of me ringing him. Great service and excellent communication at a very reasonable price. I was recommended to an Auto Air Repairs company within Albany by Bush Road Repairs Services, and what a rip off. They gave me a cost close to $1000 before even looking at the problem. A colleague at work recommended Shore Automotive and what great service. They were very professional and I would recommend them for their quality service, honesty, evaluation and cost.

Best mechanic experience in 10 years. Because someone had cancelled their appointment they were able to service my EV same day, provided a fantastic courtesy car, called with updates and to confirm pricing before carrying out repairs, and didn’t try and sell me unnecessary items. Specifically in this case one of my wheels was in good condition, but on another the rubber was perished. Instead of earning extra by selling me a new pair of wheels when I only needed one replaced, which as a consumer I would have just agreed with, they advised I keep the good one and just replace the one that needed it. Great for my wallet and great for the environment! Thanks Shane and the team, will be recommending this place to everyone

Have taken my car twice there now for WOF and servicing and on both occasions had a very good experience. Customer service was 5 star, I was kept well informed at all times, prices are very reasonable and the team there are very professional. Will not be taking my car anywhere else. 100% recommend.

Over the past 12 years, I've brought 3 of my vehicles to Shore Automotive for regular WoFs and servicing. Always professional, always friendly, always prompt. They outline all the options in detail, explaining what's required, what's optional, and the costs involved. High quality service. Glad I found them years ago.

Dissatisfied tbh when I called for a quote they quoted but exclude GST which is not normal practice especially when they don’t disclose this at the start until after they start working on the car
I believe this is done to mislead and make their price seem cheap when in reality it’s not

Must say I had an excellent experience with Shore Automotive. The staff was very helpful throughout, and I was able to drop my car off early in the morning and also pick up a loan car to get me to work! The mechanic gave me a call early in the day to explain what the problem was and the expected cost (which was very reasonable!), and I was able to return home with the car all fixed and good to go. Would definitely recommend and return myself when I run into any trouble again:)

They fixed my Porsche in 2 days when two other companies including Porsche couldn't, they fixed my BMW 550i when 4 other companies couldn't. I have many work and private vehicles and now only use this company. Excellent communication but more importantly the owner knows what he's doing and is also honest and straight up.
