Absolutely terrible service. What a joke. If you don't know how to replace the windscreen, just say you don't have the skills to do it. The front staff lies to customers, there are booking issues so many times, a rude manager. Everything is horrible. It seems like many people have already had the same kind of problems and complained. But why is your service getting worse and worse?

Absolutely amazing team, Julian (sorry I'd spelling is wrong) was a saint and helped out so much. Car got broken into and she replaced my quarter window. Stress free and super lovely lady. Whatever she gets paid isn't enough. Cleaned the broken glass out of my car. Thank you!

Horrible replacement for my wrx front windscreen, not the same size as original, and all my clips are missing after replacement, as a result of loose panel which make the water spray angle not in the right position! Also my interior eyesight cover did not install correctly and its loose and make sound everytime when im driving! Will make a complain to AMI Insurance

Had glass repaired - but not chrome trim.
Some damage to paintwork which is now being fixed with a second insurance claim.

They changed the windshield and there was a big gap between glass and rubber and also they didn’t even bother push the rubber, in the corner and it was loose.
Emailed them and there was no response and had to call them wich was a mission with the 0800 number they have.
Took the car back and it was supposed to be ready in couple of hours and they didn’t call after 3 hours and had to call the 0800 number wich im in the queue for more than an hour and still no call back.
They are very bad and not recommended at all.

I booked on a storm day to replace a rear triangle glass on this store, so it was not busy. A professional wiper lady did that work for me in a short time, made more inspection for my whole glass and gave me some reasonable advice. Not bad experience.

When I first called, the guy answering was very short and not very helpful. Day my partner needed to take her car in they said they had an earlier appointment which was great, if they had the correct glass for the side needed. Sending her away, they said she could retain her later appointment. When she returned at 2pm they made he wait 1h before starting her car, and when they started it, took then literally 15mins. Hope you guys use this as constructive criticism.

Have been mucked around for weeks now. Taken 3 days off work to get window installed but been told they have the wrong glass each time. Very poor communication and overall incompetence.

Went over to S&S Glenfield to have my windscreen replaced from having a big crack. Quality is superb! Has a good space to wait while your car is being serviced. Kudos to Steve for doing a great job with my glass

Staff are friendly and efficient! I went here for a chip in my windscreen. I got a call back immediately after requesting a quote online and they booked me in within the week. The waiting room is very nice with plenty of chairs, water and a drink vending machine. They even left some mints in my car with the paper work which I enjoyed after I left. Thanks team for a nice and easy experience!
