Got told car in all day till 5pm, txt me at 1045am car ready, I turn up at 1240pm and car not there or ready, customer service seriously lacking here, plus $80 for wiper blades.

These guys are amazing. I went for the windscreen replacement and they told me it will take around 3 hours to do that and they did it just in an hour with great finish.they vaccumed my car and told me how to take care of my windscreen.gave me the lifetime warranty card as well. Kudos to the team. Highly recommended

Replacement is not enough. We want to charge some extra overprice for wiper blades. Very true slogan for that place.

THE WINDSCREEN REPLACEMENT TAKES UP TO THREE HOURS. But you will be told about that only at your appointment. They love shocking customers with that in last minute. There were a few of us today.

Very slow Wi-Fi. Better to ignore it and use mobile data.

Fast, efficient service that did what they promised. A bit hard to find but once you convince yourself that there must be an entrance somewhere it isn't impossible to find.

Needed to pickup a driver who was having a windscreen replaced. Service was fine, directions were spot on.

Excellent service from start to finish for a windscreen crack replacement. Dropped off at 8am and done before lunch time with the help from Jonas who kindly waited for me to arrive after 12pm and also gave my windows a good clean. Thanks Smith & Smith!

My younger sister Showed up for her booking at 9.30am. Got told the repair would take just over an hour so decided to wait. Was still sitting there at 5pm! Not a single person communicated to her that the repair was going to take longer then expected, and no apology. Shocking customer service.

After trying to book in for a work truck replacement windscreen for almost 3 months, we have been mucked around with communication and on going delays with going into the store with a booked fitting and them not having the right glass - Costing us valuable time and money.

Their "hassle free repair service" is not the case here.

I like that S&S put so much effort into customer experience, especially when you are in a difficult situation, staff are very helpful.

Excellent experience at smith and smith Wairau, 11/10 for customer service. Went above and beyond with a small window crack that turned into having my whole windscreen having to be replaced. On top of the excellent job with the windscreen they also vacuumed my whole car and put lollies in my passenger seat. Would definitely recommend this branch and it’s friendly staff.

Friendly initially and more flexible with times to do the job - but didn’t stick to timeframes that were promised, or do the extra things agreed on, which was a bit frustrating

Good technical work, but no direct line to get details on the job and they're overly paranoid about rust in older vehicles - pointing out dirt as rust without cleaning the surface and inspecting properly.

Helpful good service. Just make you bring the car in for a much longer period than needed for the job, so you wait around for ages.
