I recently visited store. Bought iphone 11 pro i was assisted one of staff member Name Harman. He was really amazing sale person and I really impressed by his service. I will recommend to everyone visit this store
I tried to get hold of a NZ Voice to speak to but got the Philippines and they would not put me thru to NZ.
I was spoken to like I was a PIG
What the HELL is Spark doing.
There are so many unemployed in NZ Now so why is the call office in NZ?
I am looking at going to the Minister over this
I am abosutly disgusted and appalled by your company. I have been helping out a retired friend currently and his phone bill is ridiculously high (landline and cell). The landline usage is costing him a minimum of $100 more than necessary. The cell plan you set him up with was one of the most expensive ones $79.99 even tho he stated that he would only call off it a couple of times a month doesn't text and has never used the internet in his life nor cell phone coverage at his property and very little in his province.
The account balance has be questioned multiple times and was reassured he was on the right plan for him.
This is horrendous that you would do this to a customer who has shown life long loyalty to the company.
He has no understanding of how much he should have been paying so stopped questioning it and trusted your team that they would provide the best plan and price.
Is this how you treat all your gold card customers?
Hands down one of the most empowering, innovative and healthy work environments I have ever worked in. Thankful for the opportunity to be able to be a part of the Spark team at Spark City.
If you need to escalate an issue Soark hide their management team contacts. Vodafone make their management contacts transparent. Spark is hiding behind technology.
It's a big office but it is pretty cool to have a look inside. Grab some lunch at the food and coffee places inside too
This whole review is totally skewed. Most of the 5 star ratings are from staff, people who like the building, the café and the meeting rooms. Look at all the one star ratings that uncover the most disgusting service. It is obvious that the only people they care about are their shareholders. They owe me $3000. I have been assured by the 3 humans that l actually got to speak to (in the Philippines) that if l owed them money l would have to pay it all back but because l genuinely did not know l had been overcharged but I should have checked my bills (l did) and realised there was a mistake (l didn't) lwill only get $300 back! If l don't get fully recompensed l am going public. They can't get away with such appalling service to a loyal customer of 30 years
Seriously bad. I am Spark customer for more than 1 year, I request customer service team to change plan but as a result I have to go into contract for again 1 year. Also I have decided to leave the service where I tried to stop it from the website but came to know its a manual process and I have to pay extra amount as there is 30 days notice as well.
Worst service ever.
Scammy company - "unplan internet" is a form of contract!
Internet connection frequent drop out. Request help and fix multiple times, nothing was done simply wanting to charge the customer more.
Spark headquarters are in Auckland but. Spark have teams of skilled people in 14 locations throughout New Zealand
Support is really not up to par. 30min that I'm waiting on hold for a business team member to get in contact and finally figure out how I can access the invoice in our business account and actually pay them. Are they going to pay me back for usage? Thanks Spark but no thanks. Will look at moving this account to another phone company. One where I know I won't lose my time explaining 3 times the same thing to eventually not get resolution.
Shout out to Celine who served us! She was very helpful and patient with us. Sparks on queens should be recognized for their excellent service and amazing prices. My friends and I were treated nicely and were given options instead of the workers choosing for us. Celine made the process easy and made sure that we were satisfied with their service. I tried to tip her but she kindly refused because it was against their policy. As bad as i wanted to repay her for her excellent service, she performed her job honestly and with quality. Thank you sparks. Btw the phone prices there are amazing!
Fantastic experience dealing with the team on the live chat box, friendly, efficient, understand what you need (when you cannot speak the lingo) Shout out to Nicole and Kumal for helping us get our Fibre connection sorted out. This is such a fabulous service, so much better than waiting on hold in a queue. I have been a Vodafone customer for over 10 years and have never received this sort of immediate service. Thank you Spark you now have our business thanks to your amazing staff:)
Terrible support! It used to be great 10 years ago, and now try to contact them either through chat or phone! And once you get hold of someone, don't expect this to be the end of your ordeal.
This is a workplace. They can't help you with retail stuff here. Has food shops on the first floor. Interesting building design worth a look
Not able to help with any problems. Only go here if you know someone. No reception or ability to support spark customers. A very disappointing experience.
Coverage and things are fine, but customer service is terrible and billing is confusing. Probably on purpose. I had Spark for a year while living in NZ and only changed my plan once during that time, but it seemed every month they charged me something different. I never went over my limits on talking, texting, data. I went in to various stores over the year to talk to people in person and try to figure it out and nothing was ever cleared up. They just obfuscated and placated and generally jerked me around.
Now, trying to get some billing issues sorted out over the phone (and calling internationally, cause I'm home now) is the worst. And still nothing makes any damn sense and I'm just done with it. Not going to bother trying anymore, but I can tell you I very much regret going with Spark.tl;dr - Spark is awful, choose a different mobile provider
I had an issue with a scary number of my 15 minutes data roaming while I was away in the USA which I wasn't aware of it. I want to thank the customer service team Diane and her supervisor for helping me solve my one off problem. I really appreciate it and this customer service is among and beyond than the usual service you would get from other companies. Thank you Dianne. I wish you and your team all the best.
#SparkNZ You need to sort out the identity fraud against me. I have emailed you all the evidence. No reply. I have phoned for two days. No answer on the fraud line. Not good enough Spark. Poor customer service.
