Spark does not seem interested in helping their existing customers; they only want to sell you more services. Their help line is just a marketing line, with no option to get answers. I can't set up my voicemail because the number they gave me does not work; it just transfers me to a selling recording. I will never use this company again when I travel.
This building is accessible not only just to Spark staff but also to the general public. As a non Spark employee you can take advantage of the following facilities on the 2nd level (this is the main floor you enter on).
Food/Drink
- Subway, Mojo Coffee, Victoria Sushi are all located on the same level
- Cafe Melba, Convenience store just outside the building on the Hardinge Street.

REALLY LOOKING AFTER YOU AS VALUED CUSTOMER. THEY WAIVED MY (ONE-OFF) EXCEEDING DATA USAGE FEE AFTER NEGOTIATION WITH SPARK CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM. NOW OUR FAMILY HAPPILY SIGNS UP TO A 2 YEAR ULTRA FIBRE 100 BROADBAND CONTRACT WHICH COMES WITH 1 YEAR NETFLIX SUBSCRIPTION. SWEET! HOWEVER I DO HAVE TO SAY SOME CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES ARE ALWAYS MORE INTO SELLING YOU THINGS RATHER THAN PROVIDING SERVICES WHICH I DON'T PARTICULARLY LIKE.
Beautiful indoor building with a unique architecture. Accessible from multiple sides and there's a small footpath up to the building from the viaduct road below it (parallel to Victoria West). The coffee shop next door is likely filled w Spark employees too haha
Wait till you try and contact this company at head office. On hold for 1 hour then hung up on. The branches never answer the phone.just make you leave a message then.guess what? They never ring you back.
Big lobby, lots of people around. Some nice eateries but wouldn't go in unless I was visiting Spark.
Bring cheaper deals for students such as 100 or more Minutes to Aus+NZ, Unlimited Texts, 1 GB Data/Month for $19/$20 will be best for students.
Even before I worked for them, I loved how much of a valued customer they made me feel and now that I'm actually employed by Spark, I feel like a valued employee. Overall I love the company and am proud to be a part of them. The head office building is a pretty cool place too!
Worst customer service and personal experience. Totally dumb people unaware of the changes or the plans. Just do what they feel like and cause headache and trouble for the customers. Almost 6 weeks of talks for one simple thing and still half sorted. You do a complaint form and request call back and somebody just sends you an email everyday and say the same crap again. Worst experience ever.: (: (: (: (: (
Terrible customer service. No Internet for days. No body seemed to know how to fix. Phoned the 0800 number at 7.13pm. Wait time was 1h 20m. Guess what they closed at 8pm.
Modern and spontaneous architecture. 4 towers identified by their color as blue, green, yellow and purple. Very friendly culture. Great place to work.
