Great shopping centre, everything available lots and lots of shops and my fav Johnny Bigg.lots of eateries at the food court, mini golf, cinemas, bowling, laser tag can be very busy on the weekends

Great place for crafts, storage and photography stuff like backdrops

Went to pay for our purchase and it was going to be $1 more than the ticket price. We were told everything in the store had gone up. We had to take a picture and take it back to checkout to get the price we saw. A) a staff member should have gone not us having to trek all the across the shop and back and b) if your prices go up change the tickets the night before. For the staff member to have knowledge all the prices had gone up and tickets not changed is pretty poor. I'm sure you can be fined for this.

It was almost closing time and there was hardly any staff on the ground. Understandable, but I thought it closes at 9pm on Thursday.

Love spotlight, lovely staff, little hard to find things but otherwise more than happy to shop here again

Awesome store with fast, friendly and efficient service! I got 2 fitted sheets and a quilted duvet set (2 pillow cases, one outer duvet) for a total of $79 during their sale saving over $250. I ordered online for pick up due to the pandemic lockdown and received e-mail and txt msg to inform ready for pick up the next day, super quick! Highly recommended, I will be back!

Bad customer service given from Pia from sewing as told by department manager to do her task instead of customer forcused. Not being helpful at at, we customers pay their wages!

Just so people know click and collect is not faster than delivery, as it can take up to 48 hours to simply collect an item. No way to fast track or even know the status of your order. Happy buying!

Always seem to find a bargain, I really enjoy looking through the store, have done a few click & collects & they've always been fast & efficient

Worst customer service ever experienced from a retail chain of this size. They ask you sign up as a VIP club member so you dont have to worry about the receipts. The orders are saved against your account in their system.

But when I bought from their mt wellington store and took it to the henderson branch to return, after 15 minutes waiting in the queue, the sales person tells me that she can lookup my order and accept my return if I had the receipt but she can't search my order from other branches without a receipt despite being the vip club member.

The worst thing was that when I tried to dial the Mt-Wellington branch to ask them to provide my order id, my call was redirected to a centralized support team. But even that centralized support team can't even lookup my orders.

In short, they are don't care about their commitments to their customers. They themselves suggested "dont worry about the receipts, we have it in the system". Then they just shrug their shoulders when their stupid system and processes fall short of their commitments.

Not Spotlight but Ezibuy so good love going there staff are great and selection so varied something for everyone

Excellent and amazing customer service was given from Shaleni from Sylvia park. She was so friendly and so helpful. She helped me with the paper patterns and fabrics. She made my shopping experience so much easier. Good to have a staff like her that knows well about their products. She helped me to get all the sewing accessories needed for my sewing as I am a very beginner. So thanks Shaleni for helping me out. Very impressed with her customer service A+. Will definitely shop again. Thanks Mrs Smith.

Dim lighting. Access between side aisles tight. Looks over crowded shelves in some places and lights on stock in others but has the main basics of fabrics, sheets and associated items

Lots of bits and pieces. Good place for sewing supplies also a few household things. Well worth a look.

Good shopping although reaching the place can be difficult due to road works, traffic and diversion, give enough time to travel

Have been here a few times now. Actually good experience. We always end up finding the items we are looking for that are online and service is also good too. They have a good amount of stock and pretty happy.

The service and help was kept to an absolute minimum. The arts and crafts section didn't had much to offer. If you go for fabrics, you will be blown away.
