Useless! The store lady couldn't even help my husband find a certain type of wool for me! He asked her 3 times for help & was met with "it should be over there" & "sorry but I can't leave the counter" even tho she had done so for the person in front of my husband! Sort your staff out. That is literally their job!

Probably the best Spotlight store on the Shore. Missus goes here now and then to do her shopping and I dont mind coming along also, which is rare.

The staff is good and very helpful.
One or the other discounts are always on at any given time.
Good for bargain priced items too.
The parking is easily available.

Usually it's very hard getting help or advice as there's never enough staff. This time it was quiet so I did get help, & they were very helpful indeed.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Appalling customer service. They took down my drivers license number when I went to exchange some $25 photo frames for "auditing" purposes. If you have half a brain you'd realise how incredibly invasive this is. Never again.

I bot the plastic table covers which the staff cut into 2.5 metres for me very great customer service and a great place to shop. Very quality and expensive items

Its great for fursuiters because they have fur, and buckram, for the eyes. Its also great for Crafters

This spotlight is always great to visit, I work with primary school aged kids and getting supplies from here is my go to for them!

Had a good discount and when I bought the curtains back three times because the measurements were right there were no complaints

Bit disappointing that I couldn't purchase what I had seen on line for the same price at the store. Apart from that it's a great shop for all sorts of craft things from fabrics to paper crafts. You can find some good bargains in their bargain bins but be aware of prices as they're not nescessarily the best.

I'm a seamstress who visits the sewing section regularly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Especially in the sewing department. Probably one of the smaller sewing sections compared to other Spotlight stores but great if you need to make a quick stop.

An amazing selection of homeware and hobby supplies, materials, knitting, embroidery, scrap booking. Easy parking outside the door.

Love this store. Always gets my creative side going. The signage and labeling needs work. Always get lost when I go looking for something specific. Staff are always happy to help.
