Natasha Botha is really prompt, friendly and very reliable agent. Also very helpful in any query we had.highly recommended and you’d be lucky to have her as your property manager.

Lisa was manipulative and condescending. She pretends to be your friend, and that she’s ‘on your side’ but she’s nosey and unhelpful at best. She patrols the block of apartments like a prison guard and gossips and expects you to join in. She asks you to rate her on here when you are still in the process of signing paperwork, before you even move in! That being said, Murray the maintenance man is awesome, total good guy.

We were looking for rental properties in Tauranga region while we were selling our Auckland home. We saw a property we loved, however we were unable to view during open views. Abbey from Staircase offered us the opportunity to do a virtual tour, which was really appreciated and she was only property manager we were dealing with at the time to offer this "service" and make the effort
