The process of renting a house is too exhausting however the support and professionalism I received from Staircase Property Management especially from Steve is fantastic! Bad company to put your home with. They do not do the Inspection unless you ask about 20 times to do it. Do not do a lot for all the money you pay them.

Currently in lockdown so the last thing I wanted to deal with is numbers and rent issues.
Having said that, I dealt with Rebecca Elliott who was helping the Auckland team out, and all I can say is how amazing and helpful she was. Due to other people’s errors let’s just say my rental account was a shambles but with Rebeccas help everything was settled over a few phone calls, laughs and scribbled bits of paper. Crunching numbers over the phone can be a nightmare but Rebecca made it a breeze. Everything is made easier when the other person is switched on and ready to help! Keep it up chick. Thanks again.

Now an ex property manager of my two investment homes in Omokoroa, but still waiting for the rent that is owed me. Promised but not delivered, my typical experience of Staircase Property. Disappointing!
