The condition in which 4/180 Epsom Avenue was transferred to us is truly unacceptable. It is with great disappointment that I must inform you that Jared, the responsible party, opted not to be present during the handover. Instead, he left the keys beneath a rock for us to retrieve. This lack of professionalism is truly disheartening.

Upon inspection, it became evident that the entire house is engulfed in grime and dust. The backyards are littered with sharp sticks and green waste ohh lets not forget the broken gate, presenting a hazardous environment. And let us not overlook the repulsive state of the driveway, covered in thick moss and malodorous soil, presumably a result of recent flooding. It is quite evident that the property has been neglected for an extended period of time. I'm extremely Disheartened. And feel lied to.

Street smart property were amazing with helping me rent my house out. Chloe was so awesome I couldn’t recommend her more! They lie. Chloe is the worst. Really unprofessional. The company is lucky to push a 4 star rating and half of the positive ones are probably bogus. One review is already made by a staff member which I’m sure isn’t allowed. They’ll lie about it tho.

This is one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. Poor response from the prop manager. Washed away their hands during flood in my property, infact no support I received during this tough period. They held my bond for over 3 weeks post handing over the property till I warned them I'll go to the tribunal if further delay. God.

Jess has done a great job in selecting new tenants for my difficult to rent property and what's more there have the rents have been continuous and there have been no vacant days in between tenants.
Jess has also been great to communicate with throughout the process.

CHLOE! Her sweet gesture of a welcome home card and a box of chocolate almost made me cry! Very kind and any problems I had with the property she is always sure its up to our standard of living! I can't be more satisfied with our stay. THANK YOU CHLOE

BEWARE! Jared hoy Fong has been a nightmare of a property manager, he has avoided sorting any problems to do with the property. We have had tenants move out due to the mould and moisture in the house and have done nothing to fix these issues

After months of not receiving any mantice or care for the home we rent even after multiple requests. Our property manager was changed and things are great. Jessica got our garden and Hrv sorted immediately and has been a great help.

My property manager Ishank Gulati has done a great job and communicated well with both me and the tenants. He has provided excellent service for the tenancy, and quick response for helping us with house improvements and repairs.

A big appreciation to Ishank and the team at Streetsmart, who has been wonderful to talk with and leaves us with the peace of mind that everything is under control - both the property and tenants are all in safe hands. Frankly speaking I felt regret not to use Street Smart to manage my rental property earlier. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Jessica Knight from Street Smart Property! During our tenancy, she constantly went out of her way to help my family. Our particular rental was far in location and definitely challenging (no way due to the company or Jess) But she ALWAYS made sure to quickly address any issues and that everything was as they should be in our rental property. Her communication has always been clear, quick and always so kind. Most properties the company manages are slightly out of location for us, but we will always keep an eye out just so we could be managed by her again! Thanks so much Jess for everything!

Ishank Gulati, our property manager, did a great job of organising contractors to clear out, clean and touch up our rental after a bad tenant left without paying and clearing out the property. All done and tenanted in 2 weeks. Very happy, highly recommend.
