Peter Dowie was amazing to deal with. From our initial meet Peter has been friendly and welcoming, always smiling. He responded to our queries very quickly and checked in to see how we were. I have been renting a property in West Harbour, Auckland, for almost 5 years through Streetsmart.
During this time I have had nothing but absolutely professional dealings with the Streetsmart managers associated with our rental property, the latest, and most impressive so far, being Layla You.
Layla has been amazingly professional in addressing all aspects of our rental and inspectional duties of this property.
So lovely to deal with regarding on site inspections, phone calls, replying to any email enquiries or issues in a timely fashion and so flexible with organization of any maintenence or contractor work needed on site.
I can't recommend her enough, and I wish her all the best for her future in the property industry or any other work she wishes to pursue, as her professionalism is an asset to any company that is lucky enough to have her.

Specially the property manager Apoorva Gupta,
Arrogant and mannerless lady,
No professionalism at all,
we lived in one of their property for more than two year but she never came for inspection,
And whenever we said to fix anything it tooks ages.

One of the best real estate company. Joanne is fantastic, she is very efficient in responding to any tenant concerns.

I couldn't speak more highly of Apoorva, she has always been on top of any issues that have arisen over the time she has managed my properties, her responsiveness is second to none, always replying to my late night emails and texts, even on the weekends! She has great intuition and has always found me the right tenants each and every time. She is a real credit to Streetsmart.

Apoorva Gupta who looks after my properties has all the people skills and in-depth property management knowledge that is required to meet the expectation of landlords and tenant alike. She is a tough negotiator to meet the interest of landlord without compromising the rights of a tenant.
Smart Street has a good system to select the new tenants, reimbursing payments, proactive follow ups for overdue payments etc. Giving the property to Smart Street for management is like receiving a good value for money.
