I had really bad experience with tbt property, staff is bit rude and unprofessional. If someone is looking for there services, please try to get everthing in written as verbal discussions will be ignored at the end.

I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience as a tenant with TBT Property Management Company, in the hope of sparing others from the immense suffering and distress I endured. This company has proven to be the epitome of incompetence and disregard for the well-being of its tenants. Brace yourself for the horror story that unfolded during my tenure.

From the moment I signed the lease, TBT Property Management Company's true colors started to shine through. Their communication was abysmal, with emails and phone calls left unanswered for days on end. It was impossible to get a straight answer or any semblance of assistance when I needed it most. It felt like I was dealing with an indifferent and negligent entity, rather than a professional property management company.

TBT's negligence extended to the maintenance of the property, or rather the lack thereof. Critical repair requests were met with deafening silence, leaving me to endure hazardous and unsanitary conditions. The level of neglect was shocking, as even minor issues were disregarded, allowing them to escalate into major problems that disrupted my daily life. It became clear that TBT had no regard for the safety or comfort of their tenants.

But the pinnacle of TBT's betrayal was their complete failure to address the appalling behavior of fellow tenants. Noise disturbances became the norm, making peaceful sleep and relaxation impossible. Despite numerous complaints lodged with TBT, they turned a blind eye to the ongoing disruptions, leaving me feeling powerless and trapped in a hostile living environment of their making.

Financial matters were no exception to TBT's disregard for their tenants. Rent payments were mishandled on multiple occasions, leading to confusion and unnecessary financial burdens. They seemed to have little concern for accurately documenting payments or providing receipts, which only served to further erode any trust I had in their ability to manage even the most basic financial transactions.

The unprofessionalism and indifference of TBT's staff were palpable. I was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of empathy whenever I sought assistance or raised concerns. It was abundantly clear that they viewed tenants as mere nuisances and sources of revenue, rather than human beings deserving of respect and dignity.

In conclusion, my tenure as a tenant under TBT Property Management Company was an absolute nightmare. Their incompetence, neglect, and utter betrayal have left me scarred and disillusioned. I implore anyone considering renting from TBT to run in the opposite direction. Spare yourself the agony of dealing with this unscrupulous and heartless company. May this review serve as a warning to those in search of a responsible and compassionate property management company.

I would like to address the false claims made by TBT Property Management Company in their response. Contrary to their assertion, I was not involved in any property damage, nor was I named in any damage in the case they mentioned, and I was only named in 80 dollars of cleaning costs for the shared areas bet with all the other tenants. I'd like to add that i only lived at the property for 2.5 month and never met anyone from TBT. The damages were caused by three other tenants, who were selected and managed by TBT. I have always paid my rent on time and provided all necessary documentation during move-in. It was the negligence of Nancy Sharma, the property manager assigned to us, that resulted in the oversight. I urge readers to consider the facts and question TBT's credibility in light of their false statements.

I had great experienced with tbt services. Especially thankful to jaspreet kaur, she very good experienced manager, their process is very easy and fast to buy home on rent. They are very helpful and approachable within single call.

He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great rental town house that fit right in our price range! DO NOT USE THESE EXTRAORDINARILY UNPROFESSIONAL ‘property managers’. Only giving 1 star as unable to give zero.
Communication is virtually non-existent and when they do manage to scrape themselves off the floor to reply, they are unintelligible, unprofessional and extraordinarily rude. There is a complete lack of administrative ability and very poor verbal and written communication skills - we often couldn’t understand their attempt at an email. They have no advocacy skills whatsoever and are evidently just out to make money from unsuspecting tenants. The way they treat people is absolutely unacceptable. On multiple occasions we have received other people’s personal information; we have been charged inappropriate invoices; verbally assaulted;; bullied and treated with complete disrespect. They are untruthful and should be ashamed of the way they treat people and run their so called business. I honestly hope no-one else has the misfortune to be caught up in their dishonest and aggressive behaviour.

Very poor service. Very bad attitude of staff in flatbush branch. House handed over without basic facilities. Extremely disappointed. Will never recommend.

No words cannot express how much hassle and stress this company gave us. Not even responding to our maintenance issues but they are fast answering your questions when it comes to payment and always treaten us that they will call the Tribunal.

️️Warning. Never in my life have I come accross such a poor property management company. No communication, no feedback, no responce to maintenance issues. Very quick to arrange inspections and very quick to send you bills and demands, and then they give you incorrect outstanding fees as well NOT HAPPY. My review of 1 star is still too high

I have been using their property management services for more than three years, all I can say that bunch of good guys and girls. Never had any issues, team is very professional and friendly. They rates are the best in the market with top notch service level.

Trying to rent out property with black mold on walls and not up to healthy home standards trays to say it's only gonna be rented for 3 months as if that's a loophole not to remedy the property. Preys on the poor no doubt.

Terrible unprofessional property managers. Suggest anyone considering renting through them to search TBT at justice.govt.nz tenancy tribunal orders. Finally someone held them accountable for their bad practices. Good to see other tenants finally rating them with a one star. Any 5 star ratings are clearly fake. Looking forward to property managers in NZ having to become accredited and accountable. These guys won’t be on the list which will be good for any tenants who are vulnerable - their preferred modus operandi for making money

I won’t recommend this agency. Still got property rented with this agency at Papakura but after service is very bad. Need to chase couple of times to get things fixed at rental house and no response from property Agents. Every time promise on email will fix soon later disappears.
