This property management company has been absolutely disgraceful and been such a huge burden and stress on our lives since the day we moved in. It baffles me how they are still a running. Calls and texts about anything will go unanswered until about the 6th follow up and then will still not be resolved. Every single high rating on here is clearly within their own circle and not regular tenants because all the bad reviews are the exact experience we have had and make the most sense. Seems like they’re almost trying to filter out the truthful reviews. I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this company it is an endless nightmare.

Worst experience from their property manager who just went inside the house we rented without informing us and let other people view the house with us still even in our nighties on. She ignored me asking her to give us 5 minutes to prepare but she just barged it and the viewers have no masks on as well. Complained to the company thru email and calls but until now they did not respond. Going to tribunal for this.

Absolutely worst Property Management company I have ever come across. Poor communication (if you ever get a response) unreliable, Absolutely dodgy company. I was only under this company for 8 weeks and I have never come across a more unprofessional group of "professionals". Would not recommend using this company for Landlords or tenants. STEER CLEAR.

Ver bad experience and they might remove posts if it’s negative.

I guess all the 5 starts should be done by there own circle and not the regular tenants.

We have been living in our flat for 6 weeks and have currently had the worst experience with TBT property Management. From day dot we've experienced multiple problems in the house. When it comes to reporting any maintenance problems emails and texts get unanswered for weeks on end. I'm so angry and upset and had to deal with a lady who has swore at me down the phone and threaten us with tenancy tribunal when this company is in the wrong.
We keep getting given false numbers which gets changed constantly of what we "owe" when we have proof of all payments that everything is up to date. This is very unprofessional & I would advise to avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

If you are a prospective tenant do not rent with this office. They are sharks and if I could give negative stars I would.
Calls and emails requesting maintenance will go unanswered or will be passed around the office like an unwanted present. Any maintenance they grudgingly concede is ineffective, cheap, sub-par and conducted by unqualified tradesmen. I was rarely given adequate (or any) notification that trades were being sent to the property.
Based on the quality of the 'service' I was offered, and the condition of the property I rented for 12 months, I was ripped off by thousands of dollars. They refused to give any credence to a request I submitted for temporary rent reduction following the initial COVID lockdown, but had the temerity to advertise the same property at an increased rate when they were notified that I was moving out. Nobody in the office wants to, or will care enough to, take responsibility for the most basic aspects of your wellbeing as a tenant.
As an Australian recently emigrated to NZ, the 12 months I spent with this office as a tenant were a demoralizing introduction to the Auckland rental market. Never in my entire experience as a tenant have I been so disrespected or made to feel like a second-rate citizen as I did renting with TBT.

Team TBT property management has been my property manager for a number of years. In my experience they are one of the best in the industry, super efficient in follow ups & communication. Always going the extra mile creating a win/win situation for my landlord and myself. They will be my top property when looking to rent.

Marvelous & honest work. Everything is on time. They rented my property & moved the tenants in 3 days, arranged healthy home assessment and carpet replacement before the move-in. All the arrangements has been done on short notice. I'm super happy with them.
