Great experience dealing with this company, I was assisted by a team member called Jaspreet she was very on to it and wanted to help me with whatever I needed done and she understood my position very well. I would come back, sure for the same level of service that I recieved. A very professional company that strides to make their customers happy and satisfied.

TBT manages our rental properties and we have had no complaints. Rent is received on time. Quarterly checks are completed on schedule and any maintenance issues are highlighted. While we have always found their prices for maintenance To be competitive, we are also encouraged to seek our own quotes if we prefer. Communication is prompt and we are happy with the service we have received this far.

Very happy with the kind of services I have received from the people at TBT. Michelle and team are very nice to deal with. I am delighted that my property is being managed by people and not machines who are never available. They are responsible always update us of any changes. Replies to me and my wife and explains everything. They made it very easy for us and we have never been at a better place in terms of our rentals.

We are renting a property managed by TBT and I recently gave a 1 star review on the basis that it had previously taken us a long time to resolve any questions/issues we brought up with them. However since writing that a week and a half ago, they have been in touch with us and I am very happy with the prompt response and attentiveness given. I have agreed to give a better review on the basis that TBT continue to offer a great service going forward as they are currently. I will also be fair and update this again to a higher rating in a few months if everything is still going well. I look forward to continuing on with TBT as our property managers and their swift communication.:)

TBT have been very accommodating with the needs of their tenants. I always wish for more following up, however I'm sure that there is plenty of people who keep them busy

One of the best property management teams i have used. Costubh is a very reliable and professional individual. He had answers to all my queries when we first met onsite. Though we had so many filters in place he managed to get us a perfect tenant within the timeframe i gave him. I would highly recommend TBT property management to everyone. Noone answers unless your a day behind in rent. They make fake promises. I moved into my home and it was filthy and has holes through out the floors of the house. Rubbish all on the side of the house. Was told by TBT TBT they would fix it. Been in this house 2 weeks now. Still nothing done.

I always get a timely response from them whenever I have any maintainance issues with the property I am renting. The team is doing an awesome job. They are very proactive and helpful. The best thing is they are easily approachable even on weekends. Truly professional team.

Contacted Costubh Goel from TBT to renovate our shower room and toilet, which he organised very efficiently. The good thing was, that the project was completed within the budget discussed before and the desired outcome was awesome, more than expected. Well done TBT!
