Great food, yummy cocktails, fantastic staff, amazing location/view of the sea.what else do you need? 5 stars for The Conservatory. There's parking close by. I've even been there outside of summer and they'll give you blankets, so handy! On my most recent dinner, I was very impressed by the service provided by Jiri. He's a real pro, knows his stuff, is attentive and always ensures a high level of customer service. Highly recommend

The food and service was good. When we arrived they asked if we would like still or sparkling watering, we chose still thinking it was tap water. It was disappointing to see it was $11 for a bottle when it came to paying the bill. This needs to be disclosed at the beginning. Wouldn't come back because of this. Just a trick way to get more money from customers.

Monday two for one margaritas and $28 18inch margarita pizza was a fabulous deal. Staff were friendly and the drinks and food were fabulous. Would definitely return.

Great service, chilled out place to hang out. Happy to support local businesses! Very friendly and attentive without been invasive.

Very tasty food. The kingfish was on point with some delicious flavors. Oysters were creamy and devine. Great location right on the water. Service was exceptional!

Highly recommend the prawns and fish bites and chicken salad my wife and I had last weekend. Thanks to Kitchen Staff for awesome food and Lei for great service. Would absolutely come again.

After a plethora of events this past week, it was such a pleasure to sit and relax with delicious food and exquisite service yesterday. Special thanks to Lei for making it an amazing experience for my family and I!

It is ok, but not spectacular.
Service is excellent but staff should take the EFTPOS machine to the table. It is inconvenient large groups agglomerating behind you or around the machine when sitting outside. We ordered pizza, calamari and fries. Coke from the machine was flat.

Had a lovely lunch here today, super comfy, staff were friendly, food was yummy, had the chicken breast, the oyster mushroom was too salty tho but it was great overall! Special thanks to Juliette who took care of us.

This place so cool! We ordered 18inch pizza hella big 10 pieces? Also this place drink stuff so yummy if you go this place you need to order “long island cocktail” so good I might be go sometimes

Came here for a date with my 3 year old son. The y were so friendly and the food was nice. He tangata marae ia. The man who served us showed great manaakitanga skills

A big group of us (about 8-9 of us) for Lunch on Restaurant of the Month deal. This was on Sunday afternoon.everyone's main course (Steak Med-Rare) was COLD.it was tasty but very cold.
The place wasn't busy.just 2 other tables one who ordered pizzas and other just drinks.we were very disappointed to have received cold food at lunch time hour (2pm) and when the place wasn't busy at all.but we were given a 10% discount on the total bill.

Everything consumed was delicious! The pizzas are huge and tasty, burgers great. My favourite was the ham hock croquette as a starter. The calamari was great too. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the mulled winter fruits, but you can't go wrong with everything else!

Shared some good sized pizzas with co-workers for lunch. Shame I couldn't stay for long and try out the special gins. They look amazing with all the extra trimmings eg flowers, elderflower tonic or Shiraz. Will have to come back another time for a more leisurely dinner or weekend lunch.

Their pizza is amazing! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to hangout with friends and split the cost. Cuz the pizza is huge (18 inch)

Tall, cold beers, good wine, and yummy appetizers.yes, please. You pay a bit more for the bay-side tables where a seaplane regularly took off and landed and with a steady stream of passersbys made the outdoor tables a perfect for people watching.

Best gluten feee pizzas! The second time we have come back for these. These guys make home made gluten free bases each morning and they are by far up there with the best we’ve had.

Also, the cocktails are on point. We had espresso martini’s and lemon meringue cocktails and would recommend both! Should have taken photos.

We always come here. Food and cocktails never disappoint, great place and good atmosphere.
Today in particular they took 1 hour to bring my food.the waitress apologized for it and we could understand it because the place was fully booked.
It would be good as when this happens, they inform the customer if there is delay in the kitchen before taking a seat. Anyway, excellent place!

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING. The Conservatory gave me terrible food poisoning that lasted for three days and when I called them to inform them of what happened they were extremely rude, unhelpful and refused all responsibility. Finally, their operations manager offered us a refund, but then retracted it a day later. This establishment is not only UNSAFE, the meals we had there were AWFUL in the first place and incredibly overpriced, AND their customer service is TERRIBLE. No one deserves to be made sick. Shame on you Conservatory!

Dinner with the girls, staff were awesome giving us a hot water bottle to keep us warm, food was beautiful we shared a pizza some fries the Mac cheese and chicken livers and enjoyed a cocktail each. We split the bill 3 ways and considered this place well worth it. Food beautiful, drinks lovely and vibe on point
