I am a senior citizen whose upper body strength is depleted. I bought a small electric wood splitter and love using it. I make my own kindling! It will have paid for itself by next winter. Easy to use. Highly recommend it at only $600.

Our experience with Trade Tested is probably different to most because we had issues receiving the product. Trade Tested sent the part we ordered, but it wasn't delivered and went missing.twice.
They assisted with tracking it down and sent it the second time only for the courier to deliver it to the wrong address again.
When I sent another enquiry they contacted me back straight away. They had sent it and it was found delivered to my neighbours.
All the time they maintained contact and friendly service, which made a stressful situation way less stressful. Shaun from the freight department is well regarded by us. Thank you

I put them around my trees and garden to brighten up my property and living on a busy main road in Auckland to give people some cheering up and happiness after this long pandemic lockdown. Very poor. Went all the way to their showroom after an email confirmation that the product is installed for demonstration in Mengere. But when I got their, they told me it has never been installed for demo. I showed them the email from their staff and they said it was a mistake and that this is not the first time it had happened.

We ordered the Pegasus outdoor seating with table.recently. Great tracking system with constant updates. The delivery guys were great. We love the suite, very well made, nicely presented and very comfortable. It really lifts the whole deck. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trade Tested, they deserve the 5 stars. Thanks so much.

Ordered and paid for item available from stock. It is now 9 days and has just been sent by courier with an ETA in another 5 days. I was told this is normal as they are so busy and that it is better to pick up than request delivery. Contacted by customer serve now and received an apology. Item is good now that it has been received

Bought $4000 worth of items.it is now over 10 weeks later and I still have not received one item. Tried calling many times getting stuck on hold with your terrible music with no answer. The item that was going to take the longest said it was arriving 20 OCT as per photo.it is now the 24th of November. No communication.

I purchased the copper wire seed lights. They look absolutely magical wound around the trunks of my palm trees in the back garden. Very happy with my purchase. Being in Auckland lockdown the delivery took longer than I would have preferred. But that's just how it is up here. Jill
