Needed vege garden at beach. Purchased 2 x raised gardens from TT.
Simple to assemble.about 12-15 mins each.
We now have fresh salad veges and spices growing on top of the sand soil.
Ordered on line and under covid conditions, arrived by courier about 4 days later.

Avoid pick-up! Always add the delivery charge or run the risk of wasting time waiting. It seems a bit disingenuous to send an email saying the order is ready for collection and then start hunting for the items after customers have checked-in on arrival. I would plan for 1 hour wait. Tradetested tends to respond to these reviews by saying they are working on it. I guess we are waiting for this too.

Awning exactly as described, easy installation in no more than one hour, which included making packers to suit beveled weatherboard.
The whole purchace was a very easy experience.
Only thing I feel I should comment on is the instructions were not up to par, they said set the front edge with the built in level, also adjust the angle by removing plastic caps, both the level and caps were not included

Prompt online service, and back order arrived around the expected date.
The pick up however wasn't up to scratch - as it took over 30 mins to pick up the item. I asked one of the 4 staff members standing talking by the delivery door, and was nonchalantly told that they guy driving the forklift was new, and still finding his way around.but not doing anything to go and help speed up the process. During the 30 minutes I waited, only 2 other customers served. I see others have reported the same problem, and to be told it has been addressed by the store owner a week ago.maybe the message didn't get through!

I purchased the extremely well priced mobile scaffold unit for a commercial site where I had to replace 100 fluorescent light fittings. It was perfect for the job allowing me to move through internal doorways without dismantling. I’m absolutely stoked with my purchase and highly recommend Trade Tested for anyone looking for a great product at a great price!

We recently purchased the 4x3 louvre roof system. I found Trade tested had great customer service and communication.
Easy enough to assemble with ok instructions however it did take my builder husband a whole day up put up.
We are in a high wind area so he put extra strength under the decking timber and will add extra long galvanised screws into the base.
We also get ALL day sun in northland and it can get very hot so I’m Very happy to have some shade. I love that we can open and close the roof. We chose the charcoal colour and I LOVE IT!
