Love this place! Great products at good prices. Easy to deal with and they allow yo uj to pick up from the warehouse. Wish I could afford one of their large cabins:)

I am very impressed with the sprayer. Works very well with the nice fine misty spray which was exactly what I after was after. Also it holds its pressure for ages.

In November 2019 we installed a Palram Martinique 5000 Gazebo- purchased in March 2019 and delivered August 2019. - We live in Wanaka- New Zealand.
By May 2020 many of the Clear Blinds canvas had deteriorated so much (rotted) that the roller weights fell out. We reported to Trade Tested who replaced two curtains as a "good will" gesture.
On the 30/3/21 i called Trade Tested complaining that the rotting was occurring again and was told that the product was not made for our extreme weather conditions.i argued that the intent of a gazebo was to protect from the extreme weather (sun) but this was refuted by the telephonist.
The frame and roof seem oK- just the canvas in the clear blinds is poor quality and it seems that Trade Tested will not stand behind this inferior product, stating that weather conditions in Wanaka are extreme.we intend to have an upholsterer upgrade the canvas - just hoped for more help from a reputable company as the cost is quoted at $2000 - a major addition to a product that "handles New Zealands conditions " Quote: .
so if you live in Central Otago do not purchase the standard patio Blinds for this product!

We purchased a retractable awning, great product for the price. Straight forward instructions, wish for 2 varieties of brackets.
Delivered on time great customer service and the best thing us they even done a follow up to see if we were happy with product and or any help /questions. Now that's service!

This is a great crate with a sturdy metal tray. Perfect for keeping our new puppy safe and secure at night.
The price was less than half the same size 2-door crate at a pet shop. Delivery was fast (and free!)

The outdoor storage box we purchased is perfect. Easily assembled. Took me 10 minutes to put together. Waterproof tested in recent storms. Cushions completely dry.
The whole service from start to finish was simple and satisfying. Would highly recommend.

I recently bought an Atom 22 ladder to aid my restoration of a 1930 bungalow with a 10 ft stud. I have found this ladder to be excellent. It does all the things the "As seen on TV " ladder does at about one quarter of the cost. I recommend this ladder and Trade Tested.

“This product was just what we needed to close of a part of the property for ducks. Its biggest plus was that it was easy to manage in that it did not get in a tangle when rolling it out, then gathering up the stakes to carry it was no problem. We had to cut it as there were two different places to close off. It would be straight forward to tie it back together again if necessary”

Stoked with the outdoor folding chairs we received. Expected to assemble but already done. Expected the stain to bleed in the rain - didn’t happen. Really good quality and love buying from a kiwi business. Oh, and great value too. Highly recommended.

We bought the Felix Playhouse. Arrived on time and in time for Saturday morning put together with my adult
daughter. Whole assembly took about 4.5 hours but we did have a great
day (and having a mate helps immensely). Grand daughter loves it and
now readying it for Santa.

Struggle as ladies to put up what we have done for the last 14yrs and normally would take us 1 hour to set up our site for our A&P Show for our stall and struggle to get helpers. This year only 3 of us ladies set it up in less than 10minutes. So happy with it, we will be purchasing another shortly. Great, easy, comes with carry bag heavy duty and you should buy one. We ordered a superfly trampoline after a year of having it had to order a new Matt. Poor quality.
And the service and after care is terrible.
The staff was rude down the phone. Also still waiting on parts after a month of being sent. Would not recommend.
