Finally decided to put a review to let the useless management of Noeleimg to know.
2022 ordered a sound bar from Rotorua, the sales person Adarsh didn't know what he is doing even don't know how to connect the subwoofer to the soundbar, and his overall attitude was he don't give a shut. Which even annoyed my normally patient friend. Then I went to follow up on the sound bar that hasn't arrived 7 days. And see a long que. The sales person I was waiting for like 20 mts with one customer and after that I asked will it be over soon and he said it will take another 15 mts. I told him I just want to know my product is arrived or not. He could have easily checked that. If these guys are in India they would have lost their job.
And don't judge people by their colour or dress.
Every time i come to noel the sales persons have the attitude of I am there to get things for free and I need to beg to the kings and queens working there.
So last time I went june 2021 to noel Rotorua, because of this attitude I went to Harvey norman, the people there explained things very friendly and I bought things worth 3800 for my new home that I bought.
This same work culture I saw in Dunedin noel leiming in 2015 the last time before I ordered anything until now and I regret it. Because I could have ordered the same thing from PB tech or other shop. Also ordered an iron box on offer 2015 which was leaky, so I suspect they send faulty, returned stuff as offers. I ignore the leak as I know I difficult it will be to get an appointment with this people.

Mike (with glasses) needs customer service retraining. He is discriminatory of a different accent and DOES NOT LISTEN. I initially said 75t and insists it was 65t, and confirmed a date in July (of course I said yes, as this was around the time my unit was replaced). He is rude, doesn't admit his error, and should be avoided at all costs.

ZERO customer service. Last. 2 times.into here I have been totally ignored by staff. Today I spent 20 minutes in store and not even acknowledged. So I went to Harvey Norman and made a purchase within 10 minutes.went directly to Harvey Norman a Dade my purchase within 10 minutes.

Absolutely dishonest company. We went through Work and Income to get my disabled younger sister a drawing tablet for her Bachelor of Creative Industries at Toi Ohomai, which had been paid by WINZ.
We went out to the store to pick it up - despite us asking for it to be delivered, risking transmission for my immune compromised father.
We went into the store and they declined us access to the drawing tablet as we hadn't had proof of payment, we showed all the emails and they still declined us.
So now I have a very distressed mother and sister, as well as a nervous father who think he'll die of COVID.
Until there is a new manager and new staff, I will never, ever be using Noel Leeming again.

Very dishonest company, I hope they face bankruptcy at the hands of COVID.

I purchased additional warranty Insurance from Noel Leeming on a number of appliances I purchased. Phoned Dec 28 re problem with fridge/freezer. Was told the Rotorua store would contact me within 48 hour. Received no contact and gave up trying to contact store so had repaired elsewhere. Finally received call from service agent Jan 10. Don't bother purchasing Insurance from NL - they won't honor it.

We had purchase a portable charger on line in Auckland but we had a problem with it so took it back to the shop they were willing to exchange it but they didn't have a spare one they had run out they said there was one in rotorua because I live in Rotorua so I thought I can exchange there, then the manager wouldn't change it she's was not very helpful not a happy customer

Useless, won't answer phones, brought 2 new laptops and a dji mavic drone, had a out of box failure on one of the laptops worth $2500 I did the right thing and contacted Dell about the issue after the Dell techs did some troubleshooting he advised for me to return it to noel leaming rotorua for a replacement, after waiting an eternity at the store I was advised I would have to wait 2 days even tho they had one in stock. I phoned Dell while sitting in the car park and they advised the return was approved and to go make into noel leaming granted it was just going on closing time the rotorua store locked me out

Shocking Customer service from the store manerger Alexander, he didn't know he products Knowledge, my partner come back to ask Alexander to explain how to connect the printer but he said I'm busy, won't be back there again.

The worst customer experience I've had in a while. I was promised a phone delivered to the shop from another Noel Leeming on Tuesday, unfortunately that did not happen. The manager then got in touch after uneventful conversation with Customer Service team and organised the delivery to my work for next day - having heard no news by 3 pm, I decided to call and follow up. The customer experience team (it's impossible to get in touch with the store directly) had absolutely no clue with what was going on, said the phone was in store ready for collection and they cannot see that any additional delivery is being organised for me. I decided to just go and pick it up myself, turned out it was just collected by courier. I haven't had such a poor communication from a customer service team in a while (both didn't really help with the issue) - not solution oriented, just answering a phone with no desire to help or resolve an issue for the customer. The sales person in store was great, but not looking after your customers after the sale is really not a good look in retail or any industry.

Terrible customer service! I wanted to check if a particular store had a certain Vacuum cleaner. So I rang what I thought was the store number.got a call centre. The person said they would check with the store but no answer at the store. So I asked to order one on the phone.no, wasn't allowed to do that because of Black Friday. Was told I could buy on line, but no option to ask for a price match that way. When you work during the same as hours as the store, you have no option but to go elsewhere apparently. Because Noel Leeming obviously don't need good business!

Worst customer service, returned an obvious faulty product 3 weeks after purchasing asked for a replacement, instead recieved an angry dialogue from manager. Waiting on repair of faulty goods. I don’t feel comfortable returning to the store. 0800 number is a waste of time

While I stood at the front desk 5 different employees fluffed around behind the counter while I was obviously waiting for assistance, 2 of them were awkwardly low key flirting absolutely abolishing any sense of professionalism, 5 minutes later, 1 meter away no eye contact, on their phones then eventually someone asked if I needed assistance not even acknowledging me but my mum standing adjacent me who I was sorting the phone out for. From there on out it was good, but it seemed like they were all a little preoccupied with their own business until the manager walked in. Fail, it’s a job, do your job, then fluff around in your own time because I haven’t got the time.

Poor customer service, rude staff. Had to returned a faulty cheap earphone yesterday and was told by one of staff at the counter that it is not returnable if proven not faulty. So I asked why is that? The staff told me would you buy an earphone used by someone? Of course I wouldn't which is fair enough. But he could have answer my question politely. I wouldn't answer that way to my customer

To honest one of the best salesman I've come across, unfortunately I wanted the demo model which was advertised for sale at a cheaper price, but the parts could not be located. Dam it! What a waste of all of our time.

We waited for someone to serve us to no avail. There seemed to be plenty of staff coming and going but not to us so we left without making a purchase. A bit disappointing as we have had great service before

Average service. You kind of have to stand at your desired end of the store and look around for service. Low stock levels on the items I was looking for, they were more interested in selling me the next one up and more expensive alternative!

Been a customer for a long time, when a staff member gives you your goods and expects you to carry them to counter. Puts me off going back.

Hard to find what I need. No place to sit and wait for my husband or feed baby. End up leaving earlier than I want because the environment is uncomfortable
