Always seem busy in there, but plenty of staff helping so you never have to wait long. Friendly helpful staff and have good sales.

The salesperson was very quick to serve us and suggested exactly what we wanted after actually listening to our needs, which was really nice. Even got offered an awesome deal for the devices we purchased. Worth going in.

Great service and great selection! They were able to price match some headphones and were really nice.

While I stood at the front desk 5 different employees fluffed around behind the counter while I was obviously waiting for assistance, 2 of them were awkwardly low key flirting absolutely abolishing any sense of professionalism, 5 minutes later, 1 meter away no eye contact, on their phones then eventually someone asked if I needed assistance not even acknowledging me but my mum standing adjacent me who I was sorting the phone out for. From there on out it was good, but it seemed like they were all a little preoccupied with their own business until the manager walked in. Fail, it’s a job, do your job, then fluff around in your own time because I haven’t got the time.

It was awesome customer service was brilliant as I was served by Mr Arpan. I got a good demonstration and got a good phone

Really great. Was a slight miscommunication resulting in being charged for two items instead of just the one, but refund was immediately processed back to my account. Appreciated the extra help getting the correct cable needed. Also used $20 voucher offered for three years from previous purchase. Thank you guys.

Went over there for the first time and jst loved the customer service and an amazing experience i must say one should visit there if u r looking for electronics.

I don't like the customer service. Most times you stand at the product area you wish to purchase from and have to wave someone down (if they happen to look at you) or you can watch them having fun amongst themselves and ignore you. I won't speak for all the reps. I have had a good guy help me and offer all I need. So if you are looking for a good happy experience while you shop it's not going the be guaranteed.

Noel Leeming is a very cheap store if you have farmlands, if you don't then prepare to be ripped the hell of off

This is a nice store it has a good selection of white ware computers and goods the staff are polite and helpful and friendly

Worst customer service, returned an obvious faulty product 3 weeks after purchasing asked for a replacement, instead recieved an angry dialogue from manager. Waiting on repair of faulty goods. I don’t feel comfortable returning to the store. 0800 number is a waste of time

No bad.took back a item that was no good fur me. Got DVD player fur it. Had taken take that back as it wiz no wifi. Got one that wiz wifi. Then got it home ta find out ma wifi is playing up.so am having a rum and coke.will sort it out tomorrow.maybe.

Needed a repair for a newly purchased oven. Very friendly and helpful, repairer came and fixed same day. Very pleased. Thanks

Poor customer service, rude staff. Had to returned a faulty cheap earphone yesterday and was told by one of staff at the counter that it is not returnable if proven not faulty. So I asked why is that? The staff told me would you buy an earphone used by someone? Of course I wouldn't which is fair enough. But he could have answer my question politely. I wouldn't answer that way to my customer
