Useless, won't answer phones, brought 2 new laptops and a dji mavic drone, had a out of box failure on one of the laptops worth $2500 I did the right thing and contacted Dell about the issue after the Dell techs did some troubleshooting he advised for me to return it to noel leaming rotorua for a replacement, after waiting an eternity at the store I was advised I would have to wait 2 days even tho they had one in stock. I phoned Dell while sitting in the car park and they advised the return was approved and to go make into noel leaming granted it was just going on closing time the rotorua store locked me out

Worse place to shop electronic appliances. Girls busy on cell phones at the counter pretending to help with no intention to help

I didn't have a lot of time to make my purchase but knew what I wanted. I was appreciative that the man who assisted me, sensed this and made my experience quick and seamless.

Shocking Customer service from the store manerger Alexander, he didn't know he products Knowledge, my partner come back to ask Alexander to explain how to connect the printer but he said I'm busy, won't be back there again.

Always enjoy my experience here. Friendly helpful service for what I need with technology. Staff know their products well.
I only shop here for technology devices with good warranty for what I buy.

Asked for help regarding dryers. Adam was very attentive and knowledgeable about all options and described in depth the differences between vented, condenser and heat pump dryers. Will be back to purchase from Noel Leeming in future based on this experience.

Been a customer for a long time, when a staff member gives you your goods and expects you to carry them to counter. Puts me off going back.

The worst customer experience I've had in a while. I was promised a phone delivered to the shop from another Noel Leeming on Tuesday, unfortunately that did not happen. The manager then got in touch after uneventful conversation with Customer Service team and organised the delivery to my work for next day - having heard no news by 3 pm, I decided to call and follow up. The customer experience team (it's impossible to get in touch with the store directly) had absolutely no clue with what was going on, said the phone was in store ready for collection and they cannot see that any additional delivery is being organised for me. I decided to just go and pick it up myself, turned out it was just collected by courier. I haven't had such a poor communication from a customer service team in a while (both didn't really help with the issue) - not solution oriented, just answering a phone with no desire to help or resolve an issue for the customer. The sales person in store was great, but not looking after your customers after the sale is really not a good look in retail or any industry.

Hard to find what I need. No place to sit and wait for my husband or feed baby. End up leaving earlier than I want because the environment is uncomfortable

The staff member that first spoke to us could have done with a bit more product training. He almost talked us out of a purchase

Brilliant service very busy place but everyone is so helpful and friendly and the product range is excellent from whitewater to home entertainment mobile phones and Tablets also they do Fly Buys there

Good service. I brought the samsung s6 light.it was easy to upload programs from wifi samsung phone after getting a new Google account. I love taking photos and videos with it. The screen a slightly larger than the samsung a10. Looked on you tube 18 minute video. How to use the pen etc.

Terrible customer service! I wanted to check if a particular store had a certain Vacuum cleaner. So I rang what I thought was the store number.got a call centre. The person said they would check with the store but no answer at the store. So I asked to order one on the phone.no, wasn't allowed to do that because of Black Friday. Was told I could buy on line, but no option to ask for a price match that way. When you work during the same as hours as the store, you have no option but to go elsewhere apparently. Because Noel Leeming obviously don't need good business!

Searching for boxing day deals, only specific products and models had the pleasure of being discounted, sadly for my purchase I had to pay full retail price. An honorable mention must go to customer services and floor reps, with their help I was never left waiting and with good product knowldge.
