This was the utterly worst place I have been to for help, we’re not helpful. Couldn’t do a simple task. Wasn’t answering my direct questions. Utterly useless

The worst customer service ever, the lady at the front desk was no help at all, the worst person I’ve ever dealt with In technology. All I needed was the space bar cleaned underneath as I told her there was food under it from like an hour ago and she was just no help at all. Tried charging to replace the whole keyboard and water damage.

If you have a iPhone issue, don't use these guys, they not like original owners at all, I book in iPhone 13 pro screen repair first thing in morning at $579.by 2pm no one call and wife call em to be told they not diagnose it yet as she been on 2 hr lunch? , by 4.45pm we called back and they say Ph damaged on base and cant fix it, i argue case was in a proper protective case it not damage at all, they even left case opened with apple so i couldn't send anywhere to fix Ph, so took to Apple Tech Solution, who verify No case damage at all and cost $459 to fix, (far cheaper) i told him their before i asked his price, suggest anyone use Apple Tech solutions in Pyes Pa, he fast with Xlnt service, (I never recommend indians from Tech centre again-linked to waikato branch also)

Took my iPhone in which was randomly turning off, they didn't want to diagnose and confirm the issue and gave me a sum higher than the value of the iPhone to repair.
Also had previously taken in a iPhone with a faulty home button which they repaired then later had issues again.

Could probably do better myself, would not recommend.

Just go with apple straight they are best and if you purchased from anywhere and still under warranty or got any problem then send to apple straightway because these kind of centres are making just stories and wasting time
Don't reckon these kind of stores

Paid the $150 diagnostic fee for them to tell me the laptop is obsolete and can’t be fixed. Took it home and fixed it myself in 20 minutes. Was nothing to do with the problems they stated. Shouldn’t have wasted my money paying for an “engineer” to look at it. Don’t waste your money here either.

DON’T waste your time and money, I went for iPhone repair under consumer law. Explained the problem to lady at reception however seems like inexperienced and told me she know whats the problem. Given 2 weeks waiting time thats fine. Got phone after morethan 2 weeks and nothing fixed, problem was still there. That day a guy was at reception I asked him to call the lady who fixed the phone I want to know why problem is still there.she refused to explain me and She refused to come out and said I’m busy and said there is no problem with the phone and charged me 90$ for investigation the problem however according to her there was no problem then what she was investigating? I rang apple for the same issue and share photos and videos of the camera issue and Apple replaced my phone and sent me new phone to my address with a return envelope for old phone. I hope this would help to choose right service centre.

The company just wiped my laptop without letting me know first.

When I first visited, I was asked if the laptop was backed up. I said no. However she must have put down that I said it was backed up. So when I finally received the laptop 2 weeks later, it had been factory reset, and I lost everything that was on it.

That's really poor service, and I would have at least expected a heads up that in order to repair the laptop, they would need to do a factory reset. At that point I could have stepped in and said let me back it up first. They didn't let me know at any point in that was going to happen

I'm really disappointed at such a simple heads up could have solved.

They said my iPhone was no under warranty, so took it to store in Auckland and they fixed under warranty in same day.

Extremely bad unprofessional service. Besides been extremely slow after booking it in for an allocated appointment 5 weeks later and many calls later I was told it was sent. No tracking details and would call me back. Days later and many phone calls later I was told, it’s not fixed and still there. I don’t know what is going on here but I don’t think staff communicate well. Terrible experience trying to get my MacBook fixed.

I was wanting a simple screen repair and data transfer to another phone and was assured previously that it could be done the same day. Service was poor when I dropped off my phones and when I rang later in the day the job had not been started. The data transfer seemed an impossible task for them and no apology was offered after their lack of service. Needless to say I took my phones and will never go back. I would strongly suggest other people look elsewhere for tech service.

Contactless payments stopped working after the phone screen and battery was replaced by this company. I was told it would cost $89 just to run a diagnostic on it. Seems pretty unfair that Technology centers poor repair is being charged to a customer. Will never go back again. Customer service is otherwise friendly just a shame about their so called policies.

Bit disappointing with this new management, went and drop off client's macbook that went to blank screen which should be cover under warranty, these clowns trying to charge me $1400 to replace the screen until i rang the apple support and got my warranty replacement in the end without charge. I wouldn't recommend and never walk to this shop without 3rd party more professional advice as they will try to rip you off

They sell very slow interfaces what they don't tell you is your born with a far superior interfaces and you just have forgotten how to use it correctly

Not at all happy with the quality of service or staff. Was quoted a price before start. When went to get it was much more. Computer wouldn't start on shop. Was told this was because battery was not charged. Wrong now three weeks into lockdown and don't have Woking computer.

Fantastic service & very helpful. The technicians were very supportive, honest & organised my insurance report. Even recycled my deceased iMac.
