I can’t speak highly enough of Tauranga Technology Centre. Their service over the phone and in person was fantastic. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in one afternoon. Makes me very happy that I bought an Apple computer.

Reliable and great service! I am truly astonished at the quality and speed of service. The staff is extremely friendly they ask the right questions so they know what you want. I’ve used Technology centre twice for screen issues. Highly recommend using Technology centre for your repairs.

I had the best experience with this team. Tom and Richard went absolutely above and beyond helping in the repair of my MacBook. They empathized with me in a time of stress as my laptop is my livelihood and my lifeline. They are knowledgeable and have impeccable customer service. Had a couple of iphone 11 batteries replaced with Genuine Apple Product 2 weeks before Xmas, rang the team there the day previous, very helpful and squeezed us in the following day. Prices were a little higher than aftermarket batteries but you get what you pay for at the end of the day, worth the extra few bucks to know the product is quality and the team working on your phone are professional, thanks guys & will be in touch if needed in the future.

Great service, needed some small parts for my AirPods Pro, they had them on the shelf and charged me a tiny fee. Thanks guys.

I was in a real bind when my work computer died. Thomas at Technology Centre was really easy to deal with, very informative and caring about my needs. They've carried out the necessary repairs in record time and I was back to work the next day. No small thing for a self-employed person.

Very nice place in the heart of tauranga to check your mobile phone problems and easy solutions. They also have a wide range of refurbished products plus a whole lot of new stuff.

This is a great store I really recommend coming here, my iPad Pro was replaced for FREE because I had apple care witch I think other stores in Tauranga do because there not apple authorised and the staff is very friendly
