Ok. One of the inspectors was arrogant and rude. Complied anyway but there was no reason for the attitude.

Using their on line booking system I booked my campervan for WOF. I turned up at appointment time and staff waiting to do WOF.
No more waiting in line!

Got there. Didn't realize things had changed. No friendly lady at the counter as usual. Two ladies waiting. One said you had to book. Try now, I got in straight away. I did. And I got in, too. Just surprised.

Arrived early, queued for 40 minutes. When it opened was told they were only doing pre booked commercial vehicles. Wish they had put up a decent sign.

Very pleasant experience getting my WOF done here. Mechanics were very thorough and took the time to explain what still needed to be fixed. Receptionists need a little improvement on their customer service and communication skills. Other than that, will be coming back again next time I need a WOF

Thay failed my car on lots things took it back the next day did nothing to it and got wof train ya staff vtnz show them how to press a button to open a boot please my god and the next time I see one of your staff trying to rip my door off ill talk to my lawyer and you will be replacing it. Never take your car there always use the one on jasper please people

First time i got wof of my car here. Receptionist lady so nice and good behaviour but mechanics are so rude, even i said to one guy who was dealing with me, bro why you are so rude and he said naa naa i put mask on my face that’s way it’s behind not any logic.they should polite and nice way talk with customers. Otherwise I would suggest go to Rangitikei VTNZ. I’m giving to you one star because i have to do, without this I can’t post it.

Lovely customer service here. They will inform you exactly how long it takes. Great place to get the vehicle maintenance done especially if you are traveling out of town for the weekend or not sure of topping up brake & steering oil etc. Busy place but quick service.

Very disappointing service, I had booked a practical drivers license test for this morning. I also booked annual leave and my driving instructors vehicle for the test. With one hours noticed I am informed by text that my test has been rescheduled. This is costing me hundreds of dollars, and will cost me hundreds more when I actually get to go ahead with the test. If I wasn''t able to make the time my test had been rescheduled for, I would be waiting THREE MONTHS. Very frustrating, inconvenient and a total let down. Why do you not have people on call available for cover!? I can't even get a hold of a manager to complain or demand better, I am just left on hold indefinitely.

If there was an alternative to go to I would never spend a cent with this organisation again.

Good for getting a wof cause they do a recheck. Like the staff behind the desk to very helpful. However, i wouldn't recommend sitting your license here though AA is better.

Since moving to Palmy in 2016 I have never posted up reviews of both the Rangatikei and Tremaine Branches that we have had all our family cars checked by.

Usually I'd visit here for a WOF but today my attendance was to de-register our much loved little Swift that expired on a low speed crash.
The waiting room is a little cramped but the lady doing the paper work was friendly and efficient. I was in and out quicker than ordering a coffee. Thanks VTNZ Tremaine.

Always a good experience here, friendly staff with lots of good advice on any issues for your WOF.

2.5 hours, common but crazy. Improve numbers of workers.

Set up for two examinations. Only one facility used at any one time. Staff appear to work well but only one facility is used at one time, hence waiting times are long. From my family two cars have been tested within the last week. On each occassion the time from arrival to finish has been more than two hours. Very, very lack of acceptable service.

They are supposed to set the standard but they're all over the show when it comes to consistency for a W. O. F

Great advice on what had failed WOF, I fixed in 2 hours and had it all sorted, new WOF done, pleased it passed, now we can go on holiday with peace of mind the trailer is safe with boat
