Just read some of the reviews - a mixed bag! My experience with GSM was 100% Laptop died Monday (Scary!) Took it to GSM and it was shipped to Auckland same day - back in my hands on 4th day. Best of all the Laptop was brought back to life! Service and communication was excellent. Thanks GSM!

Awesome service. I jammed a button on my IPad gen 4 over the holidays. Not only were they open, they had it fixed the same morning. It was a tricky job involving removing and replacing fragile screen. All done for minimum charge and friendly service.

Great service, fixed my Parrot Drone the next day. I had been looking for a Parrot Repairer for weeks and couldn't fine one anywhere in New Zealand, turns out there was a great repair shop around the corner that did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Had a RD that needed a new micro port soldered in so I could update the software.
Nz importer of the rd would not do it but these guys did it no issue.thanks

Best place to get your phone fixed in town, i Highly recommend. Ive had the same phone fixed 5 times now (im a roofer/scaffolder) and GSM has always been so helpful and super quick to get my phone fixed and back to me.

Absolute life saver!
Locked myself out of my phone, and by helping me through resetting some passwords he managed to log in remotely and unlock it!

Always polite and friendly. Screen replacement done within 3 hrs. Front facing camera lens cleaned and scratches on the edges removed/covered as oart of the service. Impressive the service and grateful for the extra mile taken.

Awesome service from James at GSM. He helped me with insurance claim for my MacBook Air once he determined it was beyond repair and even copied my old hard drive to my new one. I cannot recommend James and GSM highly enough, first class!
