I was there mid morning today. I found my snack and coffee most enjoyable. Add to that the young lady at the till provided an excellent service. I will return on next visit to Ruakaka. Thanks again.

Since the new owners have taken over, it's not as good anymore, orders are wrong coffees take ages to get to you, and it's sometimes not what you order, when it improves I will up my rating

Not easy to find, we happened across this cute establishment part way between Ruakaka and One Tree Point. It was worth the departure off the road. Lovely cup of tea, we didn't have the usual coffee, and the muffins were soft but not crumbly.
Great helpful service on a cold blustery day helped lifted our spirits.

Food was average. The girl forgot about half our order as she went on break. Coffee was lovely when it cooled down.

Good turn around as mothers day was a let down with customers helping clean tables.
Latest experience outstanding. Breakfast delicious and service super fast. Definitely be back. Would only be a 1 star for mothers day though.

Enjoyed a light snacksmiley friendly staff and great coffee. Quite busy with good vibe. Eats very ordinary, seriously consider being different, pies, sausage rolls sammy's have had thier day!

We (GRIT Engineering) highly recommend Wendy and her team! Two Birds have done catering for our end-of-year Christmas function, as well as team lunches at the office.
Christmas catering included salads and dessert platters, there was so much food and it was all well received. The desserts were as lovely to look at, as they were to eat! Lunches have included sliders, pizzas, wraps, sweets platter. Great way to share lunch and the food selection is very popular. Wendy is awesome to deal with, food is always delicious, allergies are never a problem, and catering is always delivered on time.

This place has the best french toast on this planet and great coffee toped with awsome service keep it up

Under-staffed and service was very slow when we ordered take-away drinks. Good coffee though. Nice covered outdoor seating.

If you are in Ruakaka Two Birds Cafe is a must. Perfect for meet ups. Stunning food, and fabulous service.

Nice Cafe in this area - has nice breakfast, cakes (berry custard tart is yum yum) and hot chocolate. Very pleasant staff.

Just be wary of the Chicken waffles (which i thought would be savoury, it was sweet waffles with a chicken patty in between).

Ok these guys have just taken food and customer service to another level.

Went to Two Birds Cafe Ruakaka, Today for Lunch, with Family. Beautiful Food. Really Great Flavours. Had the Vegetarian Big Breakfast, AMAZING. Also nice Hot Chocolate with (Melted Then) Frozen Chocolate on My Spoon, a Really Nice Touch. This Cafe is Up there with the Best Restaurants that we have Visited. Also Nice, Polite and Friendly Staff.

Terrible service. Cafe was empty only two other people were there at the time. Waited 40 minutes for our order. When I went to ask wait staff was told they had forgotten the order. No apology was given. I wouldn’t bother going back especially when there is a great cafe just around the round. I will never be back.

Amazing food. Loves that there was a kids menu. Very affordable i thought. Would highly recommend

Nice place. Great food. Great place to have a meal when camping and don't want to cook for yourselves.

Nice food, lovely staff that knew a lot about the local area. Stopped in from some lunch. Food was a little expensive but not too bad, still reasonable. Would go back again.
