The Tui experience was as good as always. Unfortunately my condition is still the same and I have to return

Tui is a realy good medical center and davies corner has some amazing doctors who actually listen to you.

Wouldn't never got back went for visit for son doctor was rude wasn't clear about steps I needed to take about my sons care so was asking advice iv lived in nz since birth and he said I cannot understand ur accent then told me to leave when I went to leave he then held me and my son and violently ripped my phone and wallet out of my hand causing cuts to 1 of my knuckles in reception as we were exiting and locked us in his collogues told him he was in the wrong at this stage and let us go I got 3 phone calls after this them making another appointment I declined and took steps to report to tui medical and the police now my son traumatised just for Tring to seek medical attention for adhd and the doctor had no idea how to refer him to the services need very unhappy tui medical will never bring my family back here not the first instance like this either

As I enter Rototuna and Davis corner, at the forefront are the Ladies at the front desk. With their warm demeanor and approachable nature, they sets the tone for the entire medical center. I praise them for their patience, as they gracefully handles inquiries and appointments, creating an efficient yet pleasant atmosphere. Beyond the entrance, I will find a team of nurses who exemplify the true essence of empathy. These skilled professionals not only provide top-notch medical care but also take the time to sit with me, lend a listening ear, and ensure that emotional needs are met alongside physical ones. The heartbeat of any medical center are the doctors, and they truly stand out. Greeting their patients with a warm smile, they create an environment of trust and approachability. I always feel more at ease to discuss my concerns, and they come up with more accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

The facility is great and the staff are wonderful, I love my doctor Seema Menon she always very helpful.

It was really a fantastic experience with TUI medical team. The staff and doctors are very supportive, listening my doubts and giving the solutions which gives positive energy.

Good friendly service. Doctor very helpful and had good follow up even with phone calls to check up on me. Also suggested ways to help giving up smoking

The facility is great and the staff are wonderful, but it took me over three months to get an appointment with my preferred doctor. When I called at the start of December I was told there were no appointments till January, then in January I was told they were not available. I now finally managed to get an appointment for March.

I have had good experiences with Tui Medical for the past fifteen years. All the staff and Doctors are very respectful and caring. I recommend Tui Medical to people if they are looking for a Doctor to register with.

Since I take care with Tui medical that good service by appiontment but not good for go to imergency care that is make me sit down wait for long time some time utill four hours. I can say slower imergsrncy right.

Very overpriced for urgent care. Especially when u can't get bookings with GPS for weeks out. $80 is a bit steep especially with other prices going up n up. No wonder people don't go to doctors. They simply can't afford too.

Came for visit pay money on 13 October by cash but get text that I owe them money three time. Told them to look at the camera they still email me twice for the money. If u pay by cash make sure u ask them for recripe. The doctor are good but the way they operate is very bad

I have recently seen by Dr John Taylor. It was my First time at devies corner. Dr John is the best.

My experience with Tui medical has been very positive the doctor is precise with his medical findings giving my exact diagnosis of my medical condition

My first appointment after registering.

My appointment was at 12. I did not get seen until 12.33. I paid for my appointment before I was seen which I thought was weird.
Then waited 10 minutes for a prescription only to be told that the box of three months was going to expire in a month and to either come back tomorrow or get it from a different pharmacy.

Always able to get appts if you don't mind who you see - but if you don't mind a wait, Dr Taylor at Davies Corner is awesome! I travel from Hamilton West for appointments with him

My most recent experience is in regards to having covid and my GP made contact daily along with a Tui nurse and I couldn't have asked for better care.
My Tui GP sees all my family members and is familiar with our needs. We are very happy and pleased with the care we receive.

Since the beginning of Covid, your services have been terrible and I want to see Seema, but she is always busy, or not in. My last dealing g with your business was for a repeat prescription which I was able to get from the nurses via your receptionist which worked plenty good with no problems. Thankyou

Tui Medical is great. My doctor is the beat. Dr Menon took the time to figure out what was happening to me which o appreciated and have been with her for 13years and counting. Thanks doc, appreciate you

Always good when I can get in with my doctor that I've been going to for quite a number of years.
