Tracey is great, very caring and supportive. Diabetes nz at Waikato DHB let me down, rejected me so Tracey has been a great support to me, restored my faith in the system.

The staff are polite and effecient and seem to really no there stuff. Dr John Taylor is the best.

Easy service to get non urgent appointments. Awesome doctors too, very easy to talk to. Thank you

No satisfied with the experience i had recently. Was seen by Dr Ganesh, totally useless n waste of time. Was seeing for food allergy but he didn't suggest any test at all n just gave anti histamine tabs which i was already taking before seeing him and it didn't work on me yet he prescribed me with it again. Useless

Not impressed.
Husband booked for face to face consult as doesn't like Discussing medical things over phone.
GP decided without checking husband, that he was doing phone consult only.
Husband had been on cholesterol meds and after some time off decided to go back on.
He told GP statins gave him cramp and gave him the name of the cholesterol med he wanted.
Husband goes and fills prescription only to find out that a statin wa prescribed.
So much for listening to the patients.now he has to call again and organize another script.ya better not charge him.

What a con go and see a doctor for the first time and pay for the appointment which was late
Told doc of problems and he walks away and comes back with a form for my drugs but at no stage checked what my other problems where and told me he had finished

I highly recommend Davies Corner Tui Medical. Very friendly staff. Doctor Seema is honestly the best. I highly recommend you see her when you're there. She definitely knows her stuff.

I went to the Hukanui Road practice few days ago, with 2 important issues I needed help with. I may aswell have handed them $20 and walked out.
The doctor asked questions but didn't listen, wasn't prepared or bothered to let me explain my concerns, AT ALL. Which one of them being I needed a referral to a specialist. The other issue was brushed off, I was given a blood test which wasn't needed and came back 100%. I was made to feel LOW, unhealthy and belittled by a so called professional who is meant to help not hinder. I will never go back here or recommend this practice ever.

Never get any appointments
They alway want to direct patients to urgent care, where they can make more money

Friendly and competent staff in clinic, quality care and plenty of appointments available. Only issue I had was the complicated booking process across the Tui Medical clinics.

Highly recommend no one goes here they have messed me around way to many times by not signing off prescriptions but saying they are ready to pick up at 5 so when I go I can’t collect until he signs witch is pretty hard to do once they shut. I’ve just this week snaped the bone running up the side of my hand and the prescription was for codine to kill the pain and I’m out of town for the weekend so I won’t be able to get any till Monday so because of someone’s incompetence I have to struggle for 4 days I really don’t understand how thats fair especially when I’m paying for it

Worst experience EVER! First Dr Haris F. Wasn’t even aware if there was a dairy alternative baby formula and had to go and ask a pharmacist! Then when we went to get the script filled, Dr Haris F. Didn’t state the amount prescribed and amazingly no-one had this item in stock!? A pharmacist tried calling the doctor to clarify the amount and offer another alternative they did have in stock, conveniently the Dr had left for the day (approx 1: 45-2pm). Decided to return to the medical centre as my 9week old son at the time was not a happy guy to start with but even more upset having to be stuck in a hot car on and off for 1.5hours And still didn’t get this resolved! As another doctor was bold enough to say he’s not lactose intolerant when he would cry, have gas, diarrhoea and a red rash on the back of his neck - that doctor didn’t once ask to see my son or me to discuss the matter! I made a complaint via your website over a week ago now and still no one has bothered to call me back or respond! I will never recommend this service to anyone! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING YOU DONE THIS TO AN INNOCENT INFANT! I will be taking this matter further as we deserve to have been treated better!

Dr Seema Menon is the best asset Tui Medical has.

I have in the last 5 years seen 7 different GP’s at the Rototuna Clinic and Davies Corner and had a bad experience with most of them being dismissive, uncaring or uninterested for various reasons for visits.
Dr Menon has been the best GP out of them all. She has not been dismissive and has helped me enormously. She listens, is understanding and caring. Not once since she’s become my regular GP have I ever felt like my issues weren’t worth help.
I am in a much better place with my health because of her help.
AND she actually reads my patient notes BEFORE I get in the room! It’s a huge change from every other GP I’ve seen at Tui Medical.

If you’re looking for some help for mental health issues, I recommend Dr Menon in the highest regard. It can be so difficult getting the ball rolling to get help for mental illnesses, and can be so hard to find someone who takes you seriously when you struggle to talk about what’s wrong. I hit several dead ends when trying to get help and I was in a very bad place and feeling helpless as a result, until my friend looked up some local and out of town GP’s and found Dr Menon. She referred me on to get the treatment I needed and am now back in her care and I couldn’t be more happy with how she has handled my case and continues to handle it.

Lovely staff. The only thing that lets this place down is the nurses last appointment being between 3.30pm - 4pm & no appointments with the doctor between 4.30pm - 5pm.
There are a lot of us who work full time during the day (mon - fri) & finish work between 4.30pm - 5pm. Also.they have temporarily changed their hours & now close at 4pm. This was something i was not informed about when i phoned up recently to get a repeat script so wasted my time & my petrol driving over. Do the right thing Tui Davies Corner & sort the hours out that way there will be less complaints & less bad reviews!

Very bad service they don’t understand the value of time I took an appointment at 2.40 pm I arrived at that time but they haven’t seen me I told them I have to start work at 3.00 pm still they were ignoring it was just for b12 injection it hardly take 5 minutes but they didn’t see me.

Don't recommend Sana - Rushed me out because they were running behind time, yet I turned up 15 minutes BEFORE my PAID appointment - SHOCKING! PASS on Ganesh - Is practically tooo tired to even move from the desk or ask more questions OR do anything to help you feel better when you're sick. Common suggestion ALWAYS here is - "Iet me write a perscription" and do nothing else because I can't be bothered! >> PROCEED with CAUTION at this TUI Folks!
