Had 3 images merged into one and the team were very considerate in taking quality care of my original images and producing samples prior to sending through the final image of high specs for a memorial. Will 100% be using them again in the future.

Had such a bad experience yesterday in this shop. The reason i have been there because of last time visit which made me go there again. Fantastic customer service. But this time can't believe i had to prove my point to the guy (Dan) that i have spoken to someone in the morning in regards to the prices they will charge me if i have a passport photo taken for my newborn. The guy clearly mentioned me the price. When i asked the guy who was taking the picture he told me a different price and charging more for that. I have metioned him several times that i did call in the morning and showed him the number and they told me this price but he was in complete denial and getting very rude. He just told me that he doesn't want to deal with me. Then he spoke to the other staff who mentioned him that he is the one who spoke to me about the prices.
I was just waiting for him that may be he Will apologize to me now but this guy have such an attitude that it doesn't bother him at all.
The guy who served me later, JACOB, highly appreciate his service as he seems like more of a professional.
I will definitely recommend this place but please if you find that this guy is dealing with you in the same manner please avoid and ask for different staff, as i know most of their staff are good.
Then only reason still giving 4 stars because of the other guy who served me after him.

Highly recommend these guys' knowledge and services. I had some photographic work, in poor condition, expertly restored for a commercial framing project. I'm am Mana Picture Framing and the quality of my finished product needs to be the best. The images below are from the original frame, to the newly presented frame. The photo bares no resemblance to the newly restored photo. Very happy.

Staff were very knowledgeable and keen to help - didn't make me feel ignorant because I'd forgotten much of what I used to know. Expensive to get our old manual camera serviced and repaired, but that's standard with expert services for a fading technology. Down to earth realistic advice, and all the peripheral gear we needed in stock. Definitely recommend - but save up first.

They're always helpful. They know their products. And help solve photographic problems that arise.

Used to be good (Rupert was friendly and easy to work with) but the (new?) assistant who is there on Fri and Sat is downright rude and has terrible customer service. Not how you treat a customer who has spent serious $ here before.

Been in 3x the past month weighing up my options. Staff have been really helpful. Was willing to spend the extra money to shop here as they don’t talk down to me as a woman who’s not super technical as I’ve experienced at other photography stores in Wellington. They explain everything in depth in a way anyone can understand.

One of the reviews refers to a Jekyll and Hyde experience. That sums this place up. Last month I got someone friendly and helpful. Today I struck an assistant who was patronising and dismissive.

I needed to get my camera sensor cleaned and was recommended this place. I couldn't be happier with how it came out, looks brand new again. Always a fear leaving your camera gear in someone else's hands, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Exceptional work! I appreciate Phil's efforts in converting 9 Hi8 home video tapes to USB. It was a significant job because four of the tapes had snapped (unknown to us) and Phil repaired them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff here. Glad to have found a local store that's pretty well stocked, even had this phottix boom/stand which normally has to be ordered online. Make sure to support your local stores else you'll miss them when they're gone.

Had a wonderful experience at WPS, and was well looked after by the Staff there. Rupert did an excellent job on cleaning my cameras sensor and two lens which went in pretty grubby but came out so much cleaner, he also took the time to explain my lay questions and not make me feel like an idiot for asking them…cheers guys, customer for life here

The guys are all very knowledgeable and helpful. A great new site with lots of equipment for the amateur through to the professional. I would highly recommend them.

Purchased a camera there to find it wasn't working due to needing a software update. It's been almost a month and no camera. WPS has been dismissive. Sad because I've used the processing services for years successfully.

Great advice re dust inside my camera lens and these guys are pretty quick when turning around your gear after cleaning.
