Great team, had rebooked it a day before due to covid. They answered my mail over the weekend and was a seamless process.

Only glitch was the sparky didn’t come on the same day and had to follow up on him. But in the end all good service

After installation, there were few issues but they were addressed within few days. Overall satisfied with their services.

I have sent numerous emails with no reply. When I phone them, they say someone will contact you later today or tomorrow but nothing happens.

Their tech drilled in my walls before Xmas and found steel beams. So it was left to be sorted after Xmas.
They got the 50% deposit, damaged the walls and no reply as to when they will fix it and refund my money if they can't sort it out.

I would recommend AES to anyone who would like their heatpump installed. The technicians/installers/electricians were great and did their job very well. Very clean and tidy installation so much better than my other property. The only minor issue I had is that they weren't on time but when I called their office they were very helpful and kind enough to follow up and resolve the issue. I could have given them 5 stars but I think 4 stars is fair.:)

We had AES install a mutisplit aircon system, servicing multiple rooms. Our consultant Steve was excellent and guided us through the purchase. Steve came on the install day, ensuring everyone was on the same page. Install was done professionally and completed in one day. Installers and installation were excellent. The aircon performs as expected, very well.

Renovating a 1920s bungalow we engaged AES, and Ken visited the site, reviewed the plans, discussed our needs and the outcome we were looking for and made a great recommendation for the system. We had previously worked with AES on a simple cassette style/single room unit, and were very happy with the result. We asked Ken and the team to advise on the best position and number of ducts, and for the control options. They excelled. A great system was installed, very effective, meeting our needs and exceeding expectations on performance.
