AES recently installed an additional two A/C units for our home. They were very competitively priced and efficient to deal with. AES provided complimentary upgraded units to those quoted, the additional Wi-Fi controllers were very much appreciated. The installation team were efficient and tidy. Would definitely recommend AES.
Excellent service from the first phone call. Quoted over the phone based on a standard installation with stated amounts for extra piping and electrical so easy to get a fairly accurate estimate without having to meet them onsite This was a big advantage as the two properties they intalled at are rentals some way from.where I live. Intallers turned up at stated time, were pleasant, efficient and tidy. Would highly recommend. Clem Guildford.

*My God, AES, Ifraz Abdul's boys (. He has 2 Teams) worked like Trojins to install my Air Conditioning and Ducted System. Started at 0730am, finished at 0730pm. 12 hour day.unbelievable.
PROFESSIONAL
*They were Professional, knew what they were doing. Their English was of a high standard.
*Turned up on time.took such short breaks. Mmm had to remind them to have a cuppa and eat.
*Polite and respectful.put down ground sheets and politely went about their business.it was seamless and they worked in harmony each new what was expected of him.
*Cleaned up after themselves (plastic/cardboard and debris removed)
*Vacuumed areas they worked in.
COST
*As for the cost.they are not the cheapest but but that was because I went for the Mitsubishi brand ($8700).
The Fijitu ($7200) is popular and cheaper.both long lasting, but my research indicated.pay a bit more and expect it'll be more durable and efficient and last longer.and ***MORE COMPETITIVE THAN OTHER QUOTES*** and my wife preferred it based on her research.
*The sound for condenser was low (low db). It sits outside.in any case we could not hear it in the living areas and rooms.
*ps the boys put back the Insulation (pink batts) after installing the extractor in canopy of ceiling.
*Would I use AES again? Answer YES.
*Why such a high rating? AES deserve it. I don't often respond to surveys and requests for review.but I am a 'satisfied customer' that chap Afraz patiently sat down with us and discussed various options and made recommendations to suit our needs.
*oh and by the way.not pushy like other reps.and this chap has worked in this area himself doing insulation.he has Teams. 3 vans turned up.electrician, the Technicians.installers, and the chap that specializes in the condenser.they are not there at the same time, but you can expect to see at least 4 ppl on site at any one time.

Systems installed are awesome, Fujitsu. But have a small issue with one and still waiting for it to be looked at. First appointment missed, no idea when the follow up is.don't let bad service ruin a great product!
