The team did a fantastic job installing two heat pumps in my lounge and dining areas. Tidy install, very professional and great service!

Sorry, but have to leave a one star review here. The guys came out to see if an install could be done, prompt replies and good comms.

But when it came to actually getting a quote, they completely ghosted me. I called and emailed repeatedly to no avail. If you can't do the job that's OK, but please let me know. It's fairly rude to just not reply to multiple emails and calls.

Big thank you to Taylah for her quick response, help and knowledge of heat pumps. Veeraj and Amrit highly recommend these two, they did an amazing job of installing of our heat pump. Discussed different options and did a superb clean up afterwards.thanks guys!

We just had a Fujitsu ducted heat pump installed in our house by Ken and his team at AES. Excellent service from start to finish we couldnt be happier with the result.

I am very pleased to say from first contact with Arun through to the installation of the heatpump that everything was explained politely and considerately. Amrit and Sagar were efficient and tidy. I recommend AES.

Excellent team who bent over backwards to keep our interest in pursuing this project. Although with COVID-19 our ability to go the full distance changed the team worked with my husband and I on finding an adequate solution. I can now sit in my lovely warm lounge to work from home. It was a pleasure to deal with Ken and his team for the high wall and ducted heat pump quote and installation. Ken was informative and provided guidance towards the system. The price was reasonable and the communication from the office was great. His installation team were diligent, cooperative, conscious of the aesthetic of the house and carried out an amazing job.

We had AES done our duckted system in four rooms and high wall done on a large lounge on 10/12/19. We are pleased that we used AES because of professionalism by the team of installers and the management. The pricing by Ken (owner himself) very impressive and beat all other competitors that I approached. Ken's calculation was spot on and recommended the most appropriate unit that will work with ease.totally satisfied.

Bloody great team. Ken gave us excellent advice on the right setup for our house, and we ended up choosing a ducted Daikin for upstairs and a high-wall for downstairs.

It was a big job, but the AES crew rocked up and did it all in a single day. Six vents upstairs, lots of crawling around in fibreglass insulation, careful placement of the vents exactly where we asked, and finally the wifi unit for remote control. I didn’t envy the guys working in the roof on a hot day, but they got the job done without complaint.

The outdoor units also ended up in the best possible place, downstairs out of the way on our concrete pad. All installed very tidily with no damage or issues.
