Albany Heat Pumps

The Albany Heat Pump team did a fantastic job of retro-fitting a number of heat pumps to a relatively new house. This included working at height, minimising the cable runs and minimising visual impact of the outdoor units. All units were fitted with wifi and could be pre-programmed to operate under certain conditions ie if the temperature is above x degrees switch on this unit at 9pm. Highly recommend the Mitsubishi units fitted - very energy efficient and highly rated for low noise levels. Well done Albany Heat Pumps.

Albany heat pumps were great to deal with. We had Taiko quote us within a week and he was very informative. We found them considerably cheaper prices than other companies for the same Mitsubishi model. Tidy install the following week. Very happy so far! Thanks.

My mum used this company for a heat pump install, worst company ever! Once they grabbed her money NO further service, wouldnt answer phones. Just didnt care. Be very aware of these two idiots Stephen and Todd - Shocking service and zero customer service. And yes Stephen and Todd we have the right company. I havent given my mothers name in this review so you are unable to pretend you have no record. You did the job alright.

These guys did not provide any after sales services. The system installed did not work probably and getting them back to fix things was like pulling teeth. They never answer their phones and don’t return calls or emails. Reminds me of cowboys from the 80’s. You have been warned!

Was happy with install, but after installation service is terrible. I waited over 2 weeks for anyone to contact me back after calling, leaving messages and emailing. Then when did finally get in contact and someone came out, I waited another 3 weeks for them to send a fuse part that never came. It may not have been their issue in the end (still not confirmed as yet), but if you can't contact them to see if there is an issue with the heat pump and you are left waiting with a cold house for weeks, that is terrible service. Being too busy is no excuse for someone not to contact back to see what the issue is. However dealing directly with Mitsubishi was more successful.

Best priced Heatpumps in Auckland. After I accepted their quote only 5 day wait for install, the install crew placed unit exactly where I wanted it. I recommend this company when ever someone mentions heat pumps.
