$1000 viewing deposit. We paid it and they kept calling it a $500 viewing deposit. Clearly this amount is based on a "feeling". There is no spare key which was disclosed after signing. Someone may have access to my vehicle.
Update: A second key will be cut. Spent 3hrs of my only day off here waiting for a wof and service only to be told to come back on Monday. Apparently I was "notified" but it felt like they were trying to cover their bum bums. I was not told nor would I choose to spend half a Saturday there. Kinda over it. All I have are regrets.

Really bad customer service. Especially a salesman named Dan, the worst salesperson ever!

My first visit with this Toyota dealer. Eugene was very helpful and gave us a lot of information. Would definitely recommend a visit if you are planning to buy a new or used car.

Great customer service from Varun M who went out of his way to help me with my car when I got it serviced and warranted. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him and he even arranged to have car booked in again when he discovered a minor glitch with the Bluetooth. Very happy.

The service Department exemplify the word Service, they go out of their way to ensure everything is OK and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have been a client for a few years and met a lot of different staff but the service is consistently excellent.

Worker in used parts at Mt wellington offering date to girlfriend when she orders a quarter glass for car and glass free and fitted if goes on date and to top that off employees used information on order and turned up at house to bad boyfriend answered the door

The experience with Auckland City Toyota - Mt Wellington was just that, Excellent! They are all very professional, extremely helpful and pleasant all around. Leo Miralles was my Salesman and he was such a gentleman who I couldn’t have enough words to express my gratitude. He helped me in completing the whole process within 2 days including test drive, paper works, service, rego, wof and so on.
I also had the pleasure of meet the Business manager Bill who was kind and helpful to sort-out my finance asap. I love the fact that the process didn’t take up my whole day. Thank you everyone for your help to make our dreams come true.

Did my WOF service and paid it but the front window sticker has not been changed and has not updated to system as still receiving reminders about WOF expired.

Took my hybrid for it's 45k service and wof. I am so impressed with the service. They washed and vacuumed my car. Staff are so

This is a nugget of a Dealership. Friendly service of a top quality work. The bonus, THEY WASHED AND VACUUMED THE CAR! Some of the other Toyota dealerships in NZ need to take a leaf out of this place.

I purchased a vehicle from the Mt Wellington branch inFeb this year
After picking the vehicle up I noticed the car was full of dog hair behind seats etc
Also grease marks on the SRS curtain airbags both sides so detailing very ordinary.
The only vehicle I’ve ever purchased with no floor mats.
Window sale stickers in parcel compartment on the drivers seat
On the Plus side the vehicle had a full tank of petrol!
