I wanted to connect my phone and Rav via Bluetooth. I read these reviews and approached Forge Way with trepidation. Dylan, head of services, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
Took my RAV4 in for a major service and a week later the oil light came on and the screen wash had been topped up with water only, no detergent. When I went back I was told oops and they added more oil so the light wouldn't come on. I was told re the screen wash that they hadn't put detergent in to manage costs (never mind customer service)
Took my car in for a service and was impressed with the customer service provided. Reminder texts when it was booked along with phone calls. Car was ready when they said it would be, no hassles whatsoever.
Needed a part for an aging AE101 GT Sprinter. Spoke with Steve in the Parts department, couldn't be more helpful and went the extra mile to get the part I needed shipped overnight from the middle of the country. He's an asset to the company and Toyota NZ again has lived up to their reputation. I've only ever owned a Toyota and I somehow think I always will. Cheers
