GP here are very nice and professional. But some of the receptionist were not friendly and rude. It was a bad experience to phone with this lady.

Called them today for a phone consultation. They called when I was on a call n within s span of a 4 min call I had 3 voice message. As if they called and called to attempt 3 tries.
Called them back to ask if doctor can call me back, was told soon. No call the whole day.

Called them on Wednesday 11/5. Booked a phone appointment on next Friday 20/5. A Phone appointment! But that’s all right. It’s me choosing to go to my GP since she is familiar with my condition. And I am a guy with good patience. Even when two times I had been sitting in the clinic for 45 mins after my appointment time, I didn’t complain a thing.

But after that appointment on Friday 20/5 my GP told me that she would let the receptionist send me a medical certificate by email which they didn’t. That’s over the line.

Don’t reply me by telling me to provide feedback via email. This is a feedback and I want other people to see.

I have never felt more taken care of and listened too by Dr Ahmed. That man is worth his weight in gold. Also the whole CS team are amazing and always are happy to help. Please pass this feedback on as I never do online reviews so this means a lot.

Has Very poor customer service in nursing section.
My appointment was for 1 pm but the nurse turned up at 2pm.
Not recommended at all.
If this happens next time I will make a legal complaint.

Cannot get an appointment just about everytime I phone. 2 weeks waiting list to see any Doctor so forced go to another clinic and pay double. This is thd 3rd time it's happened in a short period of time.
I do not attend the clinic on a regular basis so this is rather disappointing, noted a lot of other people having the same issue.

Very rude receptionist! I had Dr.appointment and later on nurse called to change the time, when I arrived, the receptionist said no body called you and you are Late! Without any investigation, not helpful, try to balm patient which is unacceptable. I will consider change to another clinic Center.

You really have to wonder about Botany Junction. With the long time you have to wait to get an appointment and now they are de-registering my children as they have not visited them - no they have not because we have had to go to an A&E because we cannot wait a week to visit you.

The standard of service at botany junction medical has significantly declined which is a real shame. The last 3 times I've tried to see my GP I couldn't see her for at least 1 or 2 weeks and they just refer you to east care where you have to pay additional costs. I asked the receptionist today to tell me why I can never see a doctor when I really need to and her response was "we have taken on more enrollments and we are busy". There was no understanding to my concerns at all. Why take on additional patients when you cant adequately service the ones you've already got? After all these years I'll be transferring to another doctor as I cant rely on this place to offer the care when you need it. Which is a shame as the doctors are good. I've read through the reviews and it's almost a copy and paste response from the management team who say to provide feedback but when I did today I got nowhere. Go back to the basics and put people first, invest in proper admin staff who genuinely care for people or train and build their capability to do so.

The lady in blue at the back today is lovely. I didn't see her name and she has a mask on. We were waiting for dr to see my daughter and been waiting in the car and she came out to let us know about the wait and apologise. P. S we're still waiting in car

Very happy to receive a warm and friendly service from Ann. Appreciate that she asked if I had been rushing before taking my blood pressure. Everything went by smoothly therefore giving my +5 stars! I would be recommending this clinic.

Called 09 265 0321 @ 1.45pm on 13th April 2021, was waiting on the line for over 15 mins. This is a longer wait than IRD or Spark. Good on you:)

This is a great Medical Center, the receptionists are very lovely and helpful, the nurses are fantastic and the Doctors are brilliant. I have never had a bad experience with Botany Junction Medical, they all set the standards very high as to how a medical center should be run. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them and they have always bent over backwards to help me when needed.

It is impossible to book an appointment within 1 or 2 days. Do you think we know we'll get sick in advance? I didn't expect to see my designated doctor anymore, any doctor is fine, but none of the doctors is available. I tried to call cos you promised to have some appointments for urgent cases, but still not available.i think patients are already saturated, but i noticed that you still accept new patients. Any suggestions?

Been to many clinics, this is the worst experience ever. The nurse said I have a prescription in pharmacy, when I was there the pharmacy said there's no prescription under my profile. I called the nurse, she said it's a mistake and put the order again. Then I went to the pharmacy and been role the prescription is cancelled. Then I called the nurse again, she said it's a mistake again and she will put the order back. Then I went to the pharmacy agian, been told the order is not there since it's been cancelled last time. It's a totally wasting of time.
