Botany Junction Medical Centre

Very rude front desk staffs, both over the phone or in person. Arrogant attitudes and helpless.
The doctors are fine, however it's extremely hard to book in, always took days or weeks to actually make one booking. Had to see doctors from random walk in clinics, what's the point of registering here but couldn't make a booking in time to be seen.
Most nurses are friendly and helpful, but one was very rude.

Have switched to another medical centre and feel I am being treated like a human being now.

Always fully booked. They have no doctors there to care for you. Image you were in a bad shape and felt miserable. Switching GP soon.

Edit: I got an appointment the next day. But the issue still remains.

Worst experience in New Zealand so far. Pay over 300 dolars just for one antibiotics prescription. "Doctor" didn't even touch and send me away. I am not the only one with similar experience what I've found out. Rott in hell robbers

I wrote an original review and I was harsh. I was frustrated and it was based on trying to get appointments for my family when they were sick. The online system is awful and if you wish to see your regular doctor you almost need to be psychic to book in advance as wait times are so long. It is a shame because once you get to having your appointment they are good doctors.

My family have been patients here for over 7 years. There have been times when you can't get appointments or your registered GP is not available, however, which centre doesn't problems and runs perfectly? Botany Junction Medical Centre services a huge comm Very reasonable prices compared to other centres in the area and pharmacy, physio, x-rays, scans, etc.right there on site. Very proud to be a patient there.

If you want to see a great Doctor see Dr Kareem. He explains things very well, follows up with you with on going issues, very proactive also.i know I am in great! Hands with him. I recommend him very highly if you want to see a new Doctor.

I was late for appointments and claim that I have to pay for a late fees but the main point is I was visiting their doctor almost once every 2 weeks, they couldn't even cure my sickness, similar sickness kept coming back. ***I been punish for being late and what about the Doctor? What is the penalties for them for not professional enough to understand and recognize the sickness, same check up repeated twice, change medicine is all they do. ***

The receptionist Candy is really rude, arrogant n impatient, try to hang up the phone over 3 times. She refused to explain to us properly as well. The whole process made me feel so awful and disappointed. NOT recommended at all.

Not impressed. DR wen Chen and Yimin Wang are not polite.they aways rushed.once a time, DR Wen Chen was talking on the phone with patient and ignoring me for over 10 mins, then she told me no time for me. I am vary disappointed with this medical centre.

Rang to make an appointment. Told them I wasn't registered with them but I would like to register when I come in. I was told that I would have to wait 1-1.5 WEEKS for the earliest available appointment. Unbelievable!

Like all the above that wanted rated 1 star or wanted to rate zero. Receptionist customers services is terrible.

Terrible experience with reception, not friendly and understanding. Just a smile can make lot of difference.

Not impressed. Dr was amazing but the nurse could hardly speak English. I tried explaining something 4 times and she still didn't get it.

Receptionist not helpful - instead of directing me somewhere else, just informed me they can't book me in for an appointment.

Great service. Very understanding when I had to ring and change an appointment on two separate occasions!

I wanted to rate zero because when we book an opponent with the doctors we had to wait for one hour.
