Useless receptionist doesn’t listen or understand what I am trying to say, despite being clear with my requests. Wastes 10 minutes to forward me to the nurse voicemail line.
Prescription running out in a day, requested for a repeat 3 days ago and was told to book in with a doctor; but there are no doctors available this week, and my own doctor is only working 1 day so I’d have to wait 3 weeks until he is next available.
Absolutely rubbish.

It's 8: 15am and it says i have called outside business hours but they said they are open from 8am. Wow what a service. I think they are still sleeping.

Best Drs I have been to in my 60 years.the receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. Lional was an amazing Dr but has now retired.
I now have Dr Su. She is just amazing. I cant say enough about this amazing lady. Nothing is too much trouble, always compassionate and understanding.
10/10 for Botany Junction Medical Centre

The reception is not that friendly and sometime the way they talk is so rules. Very hard to book a appointment to see the doctor

I have visited the practice several times and have always been impressed with the staff. Dr Kareem is very caring and is always willing to listen. A great service.

If I could give zero stars I would. As a nurse working in the community I wouldn’t hope for this type of treatment on anyone. Made to sit outside in my car for 3 hours with a sprained ankle, spoken to reception 4+ times. Asked for My GP, Promised a time and then waiting a further 2 hours just for no one to follow up. Absolute worst experience. And this is without even talking about the charges. The only good thing is some of the receptionists that helped resolve everything.

Professional and friendly service every time especially during the covid restrictions.

Sitting in waiting room for my app, nurse came to see soon as i check in and told me the doctor will see as soon as he can. So I sit and wait for my app but after 40 min of waiting i go ask receptionist about what is going on they " The 14: 30 app text message that i got was for my nurse appointment". So i sit and wait and only at 15: 20 than a other doctor come and gets me because he saw me there waiting for so long for my current doctor. It took only 5 min to help me and sort out my medical problem Awful service.

Have been having nasty experiences with this medical center, unfriendly receptionists, each time you ring, they think its covid19. Even the telephone consultation costs, ridiculous may have to get my entire family to change, what is the use to enroll when you can't be seen by your GP and told to go and another doctor some where else

A great medical center with great people. My nurse Claire, Dr Carlos and Dr Calder are very professional and great doctors. I will recommend this clinic to any one.

Hi all staffs are good and also doctors but every time I call there is no appointment for the same day we enroll here because we don't want to go every time east care and wait long time if we book for next day children can't wait. If it's too busy may be the staff could tell us when are enrolling or maybe there should be more rooms and doctors I don't know why it's always busy.

The nurses are nice but the managers are really not good enough. They want to increase my price 5 times more than normal price because they have the freedom to do so. They wrote me a letter to tell me, if I am not happy about the price, I can leave. Off course I won't stay with this medical centre specially the managers. I don't recommend this medical centre to anyone. There are lots of other medical centres around.

Been there on friday 10 January 2020 had charge $48 and wait almost 90 mins with new Doctor i was explained why i came to see doctor i said i heard some thing in my ear but he not believed me he check up really fast and said nothing im really upset not really good now im still heard something in my ears and dont know what can i do.

Couldn't understand their system. Never ever could book an appointment on the day that one of us is sick. Most of the time we had to take our kids to botany A&E as there were no appointment available. I wonder how many people can actually plan their sickness in advance? Couldn't book any appointment when we needed to see doctor but doctor happy to give us a call to give us prescription and doctor certificate for 15 bucks? !?

The service here has really dropped. Been here for almost 13 years and only visit a few times a year. It's getting harder to actually see a doctor the same day you fall ill and the service at the front desk is cold and unwelcoming. Wendy makes you feel like your disturbing her when u check in, She has always been abrupt however it seems the years have made her less welcoming.
After many years we will be switching to another practice which is a shame as most of the doctors are lovely. I suggest you seek elsewhere and not take as long as we did to move on.

Very efficient staff. I was attended by Elaine and she's great. The ladies in the reception are friendly and professional, they really care about your welfare. Happy to be transferred from my old doctor to this medical center as customer service is better here.:)

Unbelievable really I called to enquire about registering here and making an appointment as I’ve just moved into this area with my family
The receptionist I spoke to clearly wasn’t happy so decided to share her attitude with anyone
Also she said we wouldn’t get an appointment for at least a month And she got even more attitude because I had to ask “sorry did you say a month”
Very thankful I read the reviews before following through with my change thinking the behaviour was a one off

'Was able to secure 2 appointments for both sick kids. Dr. Pietersen was on time. We were also seen by the nurse as my son was wheezing. The doctor saw us again after. Everything in just an hour. I think that was pretty efficient despite it being a very busy Monday morning.

Really poor service, this clinic is super busy, it has really good doctors but the front line demerits the entire business, quite frankly the receptionist are rude, do not want to listen and in no way courteous for a medical center. Sometimes it does pay to listen and try and solve rather then repeating the same thing again and again. Wendy, you may have a lot of experience but you are not assisting your patients. The service culture is not the best and quite frankly as several of my family members and friends use this medical center they all have had some poor experiences one time or the other, so worthwhile to consider this feedback.
