We decided that we needed some more heating in our house. We got three quotes, & then a recommendation about EES. The costs were very similar, but the EES was better presented. From acceptance to completion was very quick, & the installers were excellent. Arrived on time, & we are very happy with the result.

My mother - Maureen was most impressed and would like to thank Rid and the team for job well done on Fri 11/8. The team worked like clockwork and were in and out quickly.

We commissioned them to un install, and then re install our heat pump at a written quoted rate, while we had a roof repair done. When contacted to re install, they increased the price 400% from $550 to $2,290 as they admitted that they did not perform a proper calculation when they came for the site inspection.
What is the point of getting a written quote, if companies like this will not honor them?

Had our ducted aircon installed with these guys, was done well no issues there, get our yearly call for servicing, quite expensive for what it is, again no issue there. I reached out to ask about moving unit during a reno and a potential new downstairs unit, they insist on a call out fee of $150 to look at the unit to cost it up in spite of a rough cost at time of install being quoted and a potential new sale. Would say poor after service customer service experience if you are concerned with that. Called a competitor, no call out fee to come and view the unit.

Lovely, polite respectful and professional guys and very tidy job. When they finished the job they left our house as before. Highly recommend. We are enjoying now

I purchased two heat pumps at separate times taking advantage of getting a good deal at the Waikato Home Improvements Shows. I could not fault the quoting and installation service both times and also had good communication via their office with regard to bookings, updates and invoicing. Thank you to the whole EES team

Had EES install a heatpump and heat transfer system in our home. From start to finish, very professionally done and the system works really well. The technicians who carried out the installation were a pleasure to have on the property and took into consideration our requests. Great company - highly recommended.

Good experience with ducted install. Sales person quotes sensible options and helpful adjusting quote. Install involved 5 people and 3 vans! Got the job done in the day. Coc issued right away. Install very tidy. Was worried insulation would be a mess after but was pretty good and put back in place. Unit works well. Very quiet. No noises. One room has 25% lower flow and possibly may need a balance in winter. Seems ok for cooling.

Very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with, from the sales rep's advice to the installers who had somewhat of a challenge with our walls! Extremely happy with the results.

Mohamed and Ali installed my 3-multisplit heatpumps in December. I was really impressed at how professional, organised and efficient they were. Ali advised me on placement of the 3 heatpumps on the walls. One heatpump I had thought of having further over in the corner, but he explained why it would be better having it near the door. So pleased he changed my mind, as that heatpump efficiently cools down the hallway as well as the room. And Mohamed explained the best placement of two of the condensation pipes - through a wardrobe and out through the floor instead of outside the house. This was also a great solution. I’m amazed at how quickly the heatpumps cool down the rooms. So glad I ended up choosing HRV. I’m really thrilled with the product, and with the service provided by Mohamed and Ali. The salesman Virgil was also friendly and efficient, always responded promptly, and great customer service. Thank you to all!

Contracted to installed heat pump. As we had concerns about our meter box which has a crack we asked 4 different staff members if it would be ok. Three staff members who came to our home (and took photos) didn’t identify any problems in spite of being repeatedly told the board was cracked. On that understanding we were given a firm price and we paid a deposit of half the final cost. Today an installer arrived, drilled holes in the wall and put the unit up. The last person to arrive was the electrician who told the installer the switch board was not up to standard. They phoned their manager who told them to take the unit down and take it with them. They then left leaving a hole in our lounge wall. They didn’t send the electrician until the very last minute - he should have been sent in the first place. We are an older couple and have been left feeling very unhappy.

I’ve had EES install and maintain my Heatpump. Awsome service from Shalish who has always deal with things for me and is very knowledgeable and great customer service at all times. Would highly recommend!

ESS was great, right from my initial enquiry to the install and follow up. They were knowledgable and rpofessional and discussed the pros and cons of different options so I could make an informed choice of heatpumps, locations and prices. They also came through on their timeframes - in fact ended up coming a day earlier so I didn't have to wait long this was during the holiday period. I highly recommend ESS and have already recommended them to friends and family. Thanks team.

EES right from the start were extremely helpful in advising a system for our new home and right thru the process to final install were a pleasure to deal with and very efficient.

This is the second time we have purchased from, and had EES install, a heat pump/air conditioner for us. As with last time, they really do provide first class sales and service at a very fair price.

A big thanks and huge appreciation for Virgil and Ritu for getting the installation done so quickly. Virgil was really good at explaining the options and what would work in our house. Ritu scheduled the install on the very next day after I gave the go ahead.
The team that turned up for installation was also awesome and did a truly professional job. They communicated well and explained all the steps clearly and demonstrated excellent worksmanship. Great job done by Ravi, Ali and Shailesh on the install.
