Installation of heat pump in main bedroom. This company is very professional. Staff friendly respectful and efficient. They discussed all aspects of the installation with me. Would recommend this company to anyone who is wanting confidence and reliability.

USELESS, USELESS, USELESS…. I regret using them and having to rely on them for service every day! Do not value customers at all!

UPDATE: So after trying to get hold of someone to speak to in understanding why they send someone out who was at my house for 2 minutes and did not do anything, there response is. "Pay the $150 call-out fee and we will work with you further. "
After I spent thousands with them already 3 months ago and looking to spend more that is their response. Not "Sorry for the confusion", "How can we get this resolved", etc.

Very professional Fale Katoa. You represent EES wonderfully! Still waiting for your response.or do I need to pay the 2 minute $150 call-out fee before you answer my queries?

How long will they still be in business? I will never recommend these guys. Please try OxygenAir rather. Or actually. Anyone else but these clowns. They take your money and treat you as if you have to be thankful they even exist after the job is done and extra service is required or even more work. I make a point of it to never recommending them to anyone. Filter these reviews by rating and stay clear! Well done EES. Will watch your downfall with a smile on my face!

We had installed 7 unit of heat pumps with EES so far at our homes. Easy, happy and value the money. Delay of the heat pumps were out of their control so can't blame them for that. Will use them again with no hesitation. Juti

Had a heat pump installed by EES, I would highly recommend them. They came and that night I received the quote and had an install within a week.

Service has got dramatically worse. EES installed our 2 heat pumps (ducted to 4 rooms) 6 or 7 years ago and we’re good then. Recently got them to service heat pumps- after the service one of the heat pumps couldn’t be used as it kept surging and blowing the fuse to our kitchen. Service guy said they would send someone to fix it but never did and I had to chase them up twice- they were also going to charge a call out for for the repair guy even though it was their fault. Repair guy finally came- we can tell from our door camera he was at the house for a total of 7 minutes- heatpump now turns on but doesn’t do anything else! So I had a working heatpump before they serviced it and now I don’t!

This installation are really amazing professional and responsive to all the small requests.
I was a bit stress before meeting up them, after that I would zero stress…I left after 1hours…they just did everything as discussed and been very considering with all the wiring layout. I can even see any holes and gaps at all. Weldone to those boys who did my jobs…just could get smoothies for one of them…let’s do it next time…. Cheers

The process for getting ducted air-conditioning entailed someone looking over the house to assess the best place to place vents and outdoor unit. This was later checked by an electrician and then a date was fixed for installation. The team that installed ducted air conditioning completed the work within one day and tidied up before they left. We now have a comfortable warm home

Our experience with EES was that they operate in a purely professional manner, they advised exactly when they would do the install. The two install guys were courteous, efficient and obviously well trained in what they had to do. I would have no hesitation in recommending EES for heat pump installations. I like the idea also that they only do installations and so can be totally proficient in what they do.

Great experience from the initial contact right through to install. Listened to what we wanted, gave some options and we selected the make/model we wanted. The install team turned up on time, were friendly and explained what they were doing and checked it was what we expected and as all was good got on with the job, done in no time at all. Very happy

Very disappointing.
We ordered a ducted + high wall unit in November. Initially, the communication was outstanding. The salesperson was very attentive and developed a solution that met our needs. After some necessary changes following the pre-installation assessment, the install date was set (early December).

Installers were a no show on the install date - a communication breakdown led to the install coordinator not being updated on the unit not arriving. Unfortunately, we weren't aware of this until we queried it an hour after the team's expected arrival. From here, communication fell to bits. We have been largely left in the dark since the original missed install, with little to no response to our requests to consider alternative installation methods or other units that may be in stock.

Last week we were given the great news of our original stock finally arriving, with an install date set for this week. The installation was cancelled the day before due to conflicting schedules with their builder. We, once again, are without any indication of when we will finally have our unit installed.

Supply issues aside, their communication needs improvement.

Excellent service.
Sales rep returned my email inquiry next working day. Admin staff were thoughtful and helpful.
Home visit, quote and installation all went very smoothly.

It did take a while to get our problem fixed but I'll put that down to a very busy time of year. The technician who came today was really friendly, professional and competent. Very happy to have everything working again.

We got our heat pump installed early this year. One unit has an issue. The technician came in August before the lockdown. Checked the unit and ordered required parts. Technician came back with the replacement parts Sept. 30th (understood because of the lockdown) but got the wrong parts for the unit. Until now the unit has not been repaired. Called their number and all they can say is they don’t have the parts yet. Very bad service! It seems they do not care if they installed a bad Panasonic unit which they say is a very good brand? Not even reached six months and you can’t service it properly?

UNBELIEVABLY BAD EXPERIANCE!

It started with the design team upselling me to the more expensive floor unit which would have been fine if it was the correct solution.
The install team came and started to install by cutting a hole into the master bedroom and not the roof cavity.incorrect measurements was the excuse.
Then i was given some filler and asked to fill the hole myself!
We then found that we needed a pump to get the water from the air con unit up into the roof cavity. After explaining to them that this was their problem to their credit they decided to give me the pump for free.
I woke up a few days later to find a puddle on my floor and water dripping through my ceiling.
The tech guy game and told me the pump had been put on back the front?
Another month passed only to find another puddle and now a stain on my ceiling from water damage. The Tech guy came and said the pump pipe had come out and he fixed it back in.
You guessed it it happened again so when the tech guy came this time he said the pump had failed and it was not the correct design or solution for what we needed.
The solution he felt was to put the floor unit 1/2 a meter up my wall (this is a big unit?)
A week later and still heard nothing about the install so I rang up the help desk where they told me the manager would call me back? That was two days ago and still nothing?
I rang again and the helpful customer service Lady said the manager would call me back.
Im shocked as to how this company is still in business?
This could not have been better scripted in an episode of Fawlty Towers.
Im still waiting for the manager to call.
Next step could be fair go!

I received several quotes for installation of two heat pumps. I was most impressed with the help and clear answers given to all my queries by the EES team. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly. Communication at every stage was excellent. Masks were worn, social distances observed and all the team were vaccinated. The installation was amazingly quick and to my surprise the rooms were left cleaner than they were before the start!
Many thanks for a good team effort.
