We got a ducted system installed in the ceiling of our three bedroom house and are very happy with the system, and the service. The team were very helpful from the quote, the preinstall visit, and then the install team of Rahul, Riz and Sumeet did a great job getting it installed - and faster than I was initially told. Great work.

I am totally happy with my EES ducted heating and cooling system installed at the beginning of October. It works brilliantly and I can now have my whole home warm or cool as required within 5-10 minutes. The service from the EES team was excellent. They were respectful in my home and cleaned up any mess made during the installation process. The mess inside the house was minimal anyway. I personally think this is a far better solution than a heat pump and it delivers much better benefits and whole of home reach.

EES were brilliant initially with sharp quote for our office building but there after sales service and fixing one ceiling cassette unit that became faulty has been abysmal

Excellent service and workmanship from Varun and Tevita. Very happy with the installation process and the efficiency of this hard working team at EES. They were both very pleasant individuals to deal with and great all round. I would happily recommend EES (Varun and Tevita) to any prospective customers.

Admit and his team (Jaz, Mani, Jordan, Muhammad and co) have just left.
They worked really hard and found creative ways round structural problems.
They left everything really tidy and Ashmit explained everything patiently.

I work for a Charitable Trust and would like to post a positive review but we had new heat pumps installed at 2 properties. One went as planned and the other one the installer changed the location of the heat pump from what was agreed on the quote. Supplied all the information to EES to get someone to come and look at the issue but no one has responded and have been waiting 4 weeks now. Very disappointed as we have another heating project to complete but will be going to a different supplier.

I am very disappointed with their service. Martin visited my place and promised to provide quote in 2 days. It's now 10 days and I still await the quote. I have left 4 voice messages, 3 text messages and an email to follow up. This is the worst customer service I have received in a while. I would have given negative stars if it was possible.

I'm very happy with my air con system installed by Rahul, Rizwan, summet, Sina and Harry.they are very professional and caring. They are a very nice team working hard and support each other. I will definitely refer my friends.

Rahul and his team of installers are really great. They are very considerate at every step and follow your wishes and instructions with great care. This is rare. The experience with the office is not so great, quite slow to respond and communicate with you. But overall, the solution is in our home on the said date and the comfort (and silence) are wonderful!

I had my central heating installed last 4th of June, 2021. It’s definitely worth the money. The EES team of Ashmit who installed the unit were very professional and responsible and did a great job! Thanks.

The ducted heat system that ESS installed is unusable despite costing over $10,000. Their design was severly lacking and they had zero consideration for noise. As it stands I cannot use the system as it is just too loud and my neighbours complain to noise control. I have measured the noise and it is over 65DB (A) which is well above Auckland Council regulations which all installers are supposed to design for.

While they were quick to answer the phones during the sales process they have ignored the last three emails I have sent them where I am giving them the chance to come back and remedy their design.

I only paid 50% of the cost and will be seeking a full refund for what I have paid.

Support is woeful. We rang to say we had a problem with the system and it was staying off line for long periods. Initially told 2 weeks before someone could come and look at it. However, I robustly told them that we have a 4 month old baby, it is a new system and have it services by EES. They sent a technician around 2 days later. Problem still persists. Have spoken to support, told us they will get back to us, twice, still waiting, have left messages, still waiting. STILL WAITING!

Had the heat pump installed today and couldn't be happier with their end result. It was installed by Nick, Varun, and Rahul. They were on time, professional, friendly, and informative. After they had finished installing, they stayed to show me and my partner how to work the HP as well as checking if everything is perfect. I highly recommend these guys. Again, cheers guys.

Avinesh and Sam came over this morning to install our heatpump - really great service. Definitely recommend this company for heating installation.

I have had a few members of your team (Avinesh, Sam, Riz and Gaz) installing an EES system at my house on Friday and today and am very impressed by the way the go about their business. I was very pleased to see them using their full PPE gear at all times, always remaining at least 1-2 metres away from my family and going above and beyond to sanitize all surfaces they may have touched. They left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. When your staff take Health and Safety this seriously during this pandemic it puts my mind at ease having them work in our home.

I really appreciate the outstanding service!

Terrible company - a bunch of cowboys that will do a poor job of installation then absolve themselves of any responsibility. We had to get another firm in to fix their poor workmanship. Use this firm at your own peril.
