On Dec 6th/2018 EES installers Varun & Mohmmad installed a Heat Pump in my house on Waiheke Is. Job done very efficiently and on a wet and windy day. They explained the operation very well and the Panasonic unit worked a treat. Well done EES sales team and installers.

Just had 2nd highwall unit installed with these guys and they're good. Good upfront advice, good quoting, exceptional (and quick) install and no extras payments etc. Definitely use EES over against the cheapie guys

Excellent service and excellent product, we had the new R32 central heating system installed and had a great experience from beginning to end, I got a number of quotes EES had the best quote with top quality products (Panasonic R32), they were the only company to give me a quote at the time of visit - others I had to wait up to a week. Their customer support and communication was excellent including post installation when I needed someone to show me how to programme it they were there the next day. Highly recommend!

People have been telling us for years to get a heatpump to heat our small 2 bedroom home but I didn't want an UGLY heatpump unit on the wall! I found EES online and the chap arrived within 2 days of my initial enquiry, gave us the option of in ceiling space unit with ducts into the main living room and bedrooms - we have a flat roof so wondered if it would be enough space but the pre-install engineer came over and advised there was enough space. On installation day the Engineers on time and did the installation in good time and cleaned up after themselves even putting furniture back in place. The follow up from the office team has also been great, they contacted us to ask if we need help to set up Wifi option. We have only had the unit for 2 weeks but it has been FAB, and the fact there are no visible units on the walls is even better. Every home should have one - can't thank the EES team enough. Cheers
