Elite Bathroomware Showroom Auckland

We purchased a new Tap from Elite and had an issue with it, due to a communication error between us we didn’t resolve the problem.
Elite then reached out to us and between Seanney and Josh solved the issue, this is the customer service we have heard about and we couldn’t be happier.
Would definitely rate them 5 Stars as they stepped up for us, will be shopping there without hesitation when planning our new build next year.

I had two cabinets we didn’t use in the bathroom reno but because of covid and other delays I brought them months ago and just returned them today. I was dreading it, couldn’t find the receipt, the timeframe etc.they looked me up, found the order, organised the refund… were generally really helpful and happy. Amazing experience! Also happy with the other products we did use!

Josh was so easy to deal with, I lost a cable for my heated towel rail, and he sent me a replacement for free

Shambolic customer service. You leave messages and no one returns calls/email? Despite three attempts to get an update on my order I've not recieved a confirmed delivery date.

We had a plumbing problem which meant we could no longer use the showerhead we'd purchased.they took it back and refunded us despite it being bought months earlier. Super helpful trouble shooting and communication.

No stars from me, well only one as it wont let me post the feedback without one. Very disappointed in Elite after being a good customer for many years. We bought an Orbit shower from them as part of an order to renovate a bathroom which was installed two years ago with a 10 year guarantee. Shower has a crack which the rep says is very likely a manufacturing fault that has only shown up now because of the shower being used. Elite tell me that they will not warrantee the shower because I should not have installed a faulty shower, so it is my fault, and I am on my own. How can that be. The fault was not visible when installed.

Josh from the company has made the contacts to solve the issue we had, and will come back and do more business in the furfure.

Their showroom is amazing so much selection, which does also means they are always busy, so sometimes you do have to chase things up, however we had an amazing lady Caren help us with our selections for our bathroom, toilet and ensuite. I found their prices to be very good and had no problem getting any items that were direct from them. A bit of delay with our custom vanities which unfortunately we had to keep chasing up to see when they would be ready.
The only reason I am giving them a 4 star is the 2 x Showers I brought through them, once purchasing them all contact is made directly through Crest Showers, they have caused me so much stress, it has actually ruined my reno for me

Very happy with the sales and service from Elite Bathroom. We were a little overwhelmed at first as the place is huge and so much to choose from! Josh M was super helpful from start to finish and communicated everything to us promptly and professionally. Highly recommend Elite Bathroomware - awesome products and really sharp prices!

Always come here for ideas for your bathroom upgrade. Heaps of different products on display. Helpful assistance. Free coffee. Toilets available if you spend hours looking like we did. Don't come on the weekends unless you like rugby scrums. Come during the week and get a better shopping experience

We have just had our second major bathroom remodel by "Bathrooms by Elite" and we were extremely impressed by the job that they did for both renovations. All tradesmen that were involved were very professional, polite, friendly, respectful of our property and capable in their area of expertise.
