Elite Bathroomware Showroom Auckland

We were embarking on a major house renovation, so had an entire house lot of items to buy (3 bathrooms, toilet, kitchen, laundry etc) so visited Elite as we'd heard about their extensive display showroom. Definitely worth going and having a look. You won't be disappointed with the choice on display. We were certainly well looked after by their very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff member Charly, who helped guide us through the decision making. It really is a one-stop-shop for your bathroom/kitchen etc requirements. We had a hick-up with a couple of returns (through another staff member), but was sorted by Management.

A massive showroom with a wide variety well known quality brands of tapware and bathroom fixtures. The staff are very helpful and polite.

We were really happy with the team from our very first visit to the showroom right up until all 3 bathrooms were completed. The team were friendly, polite, hardworking and very responsive to our communication. The whole process was stress free as it is carefully project managed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend BBE, we are very happy with all 3 of our bathrooms.

Well designed showroom with a well stocked warehouse. The showroom can get very busy and in such scenarios it can be very tight and difficult to maintain social distancing, it is best to try visit at non peak hours. The staff are very helpful. Designs well on trend. Cannot wait to see the beautiful bathroomware installed

We renovated our bathroom and the Elite team did a fantastic job. They finished the project on time and considering the current Covid19 environment the team operated with professionalism. We would highly recommend their products and services.

I have gone to twice Elite showrooms, each time without any sales or reception staff to help me. I am going to build a new house. The third time I made an appointment with sales, he asked me to send the drawings and sent them twice, almost a month later, but no reply was received. Customer service needs to be improved.

We have just moved into our new home and we honestly would have saved ourselves so much time and frustration if we just came to Elite first. We are in love with our end result and every step of the way with Elite and in particular Seanney has been enjoyable and to be honest probably the part of our build I will remember most. We were in there so often and I used to fully expect them to be sick of seeing us or hearing from us but Seanney continually made us feel welcome even though we changed our minds 100 times. Seanney never stopped going above and beyond to get us the result that we wanted and I cannot thank you enough for that. She is an absolute Rockstar, not only is she friendly but she has excellent product knowledge too. The product selection is by far the best, there’s no other showroom that even comes close and their prices are super competitive also. Bodella helped us a few times when Seanney was not available and she was fantastic too. You guys have a great team. The best showroom in Auckland. So many things displayed in store. Instead of showing brochure by sales person, you can see fixtures, taps and other things directly. Thanks James for the promt service and quote. Great experience with Elite Bathroomware.

Wow this showroom is the best in auckland. What a huge range of products. Everything you need for the bathroom. The place is beautifully presented. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I was greeted by Seanney when i walked in. She made me a lovely coffee before i started browsing the huge range. She answered all questions and had good knowledge of all products. The prices are good too. There is such a wide range of everything you could think of for the bathroom. I wish i had of gone to this place first before wasting my time going to other places. We found exactly what we were looking for here.

Amazing deals, lots of sales reps that know their stock, coffee barista service onsite for sale days, would of been 5 star, if stock was onsite, well worth the visit
