Purchased an exercise bike 18/2/23 at the showroom. Poor customer service. Staff person Didn't leave their desk to show me any thing abt the bike and it's functions, or take it to the car.

Ordered and payed for a 7ft barbell, got sent a 6ft by accident, contacted them and asked either for a swap or refund to get the correct barbell size and they told me they are shutting down for a short period and if i can wait till they are back i can keep the 6ft and compensation and still send out the correct 7ft to me. Obviously not great being shipped wrong item but they went above and beyond in terms of helping fix the issue. Cheers guys!

Stopped in here today to buy a Spin-bike. The Guy in the showroom was extremely rude about the fact I had a Medical Exemption for face masks, and told me I wasn’t to come in and said the only thing my mask exemption was for, was to make me feel warm and fuzzy. Will NEVER buy a product off a company that discriminates against people with medical conditions.

Asked for part payment of a product and then when it arrived a month late and we said it was too late, and our circumstances had changed. They refused to return our money saying it was a "deposit. " I have just lodged a claim with the court. Lisa (sales) sent rude emails to my wife and I. I would steer well clear of this business. They have no idea how to treat customers!

Unfortunately we purchased a treadmill from this company about 2 months ago. The Treadmill is of very poor quality and we are unable to use it due a number of faults including a terrible noise, the screen coming loose and the fact that it keeps turning itself off. Their customer service is even worse than their products. They are extremely rude and refused to refund our money. Take our advice don't buy from them - you will regret it!

Never deal with these guys again, was there to collect product and paid for it with an email confirmation in writing and proof of bank transaction. Firstly could not find my physical order in their stockroom and then told me payment hadn't been received so I was going to have to wait for it (could take a few hours they said) traveled over 40 mins to get it.
They ended up being really rude and canceling my order on the spot. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and could never dream of treating a customer the way they treated me. I had to help a lady with her pool outside the shop as it was too heavy for 1 person and they didn't even offer to help. Waste of bloody time. This business is like a circus run by clowns.

Great service and professional customer support, it was a pleasure dealing with a business that takes great care of their customers, well done to their team for the fast assessment and replacement of the treadmill that was faulty, replaced with a newer model very happy.

I purchased the Aero spin 3000, it arrived within 2 days, and was fantastic. I then tried to change the pedals, this didn't work out so well and I asked the team at Fitness World what could have gone wrong, they said drop it in and we'll fix it for you, they did this and had it ready the same day, I offered to pay they declined even though it was my mistake.great team, great service and quality equipment.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVVER! Asked a SIMPLE question if proof of warranty is provided with purchase which is normal. The guy on the phone wouldnt answer the question directly and kept saying "12 months". Asked again if there was any documentation of warranty or a receipt just Incase of any faults, he rudely replied "Stop Obessing, wer not a scam or a tin house, Go somewhere else" and fully refunded my purchase which I was excited about! Clearly, this guy isn't coping well with lockdown but don't put your frustrations on customers bro! Reality check all of AKL are in the same situation!

Tim is extremely rude and do not know anything about customer service. I am trying to sort out an issue with a Spa pool. Not a good experience after spending $900 at this shop.

Rubbish product received with rubbish service. We purchased a brand new 'quality exercycle'. Received and the seatpost was round & meant to go into a square hole, the front handle bars were badly manufactured & wouldn't fit into the hole. We were told to 'push hard' - it needed to be grinded to fit.
It took us 1.5hours to do this by an experienced technician. Owner was rude & unhelpful on the phone, blamed covid for not answering mails.

Asked and was told bike was 90% assembled, took over an hour to assemble and they were not interested or helpful when I raised the matter. Wouldn't have purchased if I'd known or would have asked for a cost to assemble. They did offer to refund but would have to disassemble and rebox then pay for courier.

Shocking service and extremely rude staff, not helpful at all! When called to discuss a problem with a product instead of offering advice and help they respond with immature comments and demeaning remarks! What happened to customer service? Unbelievable that multiple staff members get away with such rude behaviour on phone and on email! We will definitely be taking this further. My advice is don't purchase anything from this company, definitely not worth saving a few dollars for such something when you get such disgusting treatment!
