Arrogant and rude costumer service

Wow. How dare you. This is how you talk to people? Do you have zero social skills? Disgusting. I gave you my card details. I offered to come in or pay via internet banking multiple times. I don't know why your system didnt work but I offered multiple options to come in and pay. I do not have a history of faulting on your payments this is the first time I've ever rented with you. BTW EVERONE, I HAD BARELY HAD THE BIKE A WEEK You guys are just useless and your feedback shows. Commenting on my home? Is that how you speak and judge your costumers. BE WARNED EVERYONE THESE GUYS ARE HORRID

Also just purchased a spin bike and some other home work out stuff from Elite Fitness can't recommend them enough! So easy to deal with and have EXCELLENT social skills! Instead of fitness garbage go to Elite fitness

Bought a treadmill from them a couple of weeks ago. It was shipped out on time as promised. We have only been using it for a short time, but it seems to be working very well so far.
Our follow up questions were answered very quickly.

Hi joker, my son did not ask for, how many kgs do you carry, he asked a simple question “how many plates (meaning 1,3 8.) do you guys have in stock” he did not need to know that you have 50,000kgs in plates.what customer wants to know that! Are you thick! No difference between you and some of your staff.but then again you will not understand.

Swimming pool heat pump. Knowledgeable staff with sound practical advice. Unit was very well priced, easy to install and program, and works a treat.

I recently purchased a cross trainer (VG30) online. I called first to ask some questions, and I received friendly and helpful advice. Online purchase was simple and the cross trainer arrived as described. A minor delay but that was expected post lockdown. Pretty straight forward to assemble. Very happy with the purchase, thanks team!

Says on their website, " we are not taking any calls during the lockdown and to send an email" but when you email them for details they respond with just 1 word "yes". May be the person that is responding to emails doesn't understand english or has no skills on how to respond to a customers email

Thanks to the insightul feedback above - shall not bother following up on prospective purchase (Customer Service is definitely a lost ART back here in NZ (ie.it doesn't matter whether or not a transaction/purchase has actually been processed / made - its all about the Communication (& this communicates more than enough that can be seen & 'unseen' ie.the 'demeanour & attitude'. EVERYONE's a prospective client. (until they're not). ;) nb. Hint - the use of the term of platitude, 'Sorry' is not well placed, ie.mean what you say & say what you REALLY mean.ps. 1star is only as is requried to post & as we've all learnt - Sharing is Caring. (Hint#2 - appropriate responses would lead to negative feedbacks being amended/deleted!:)

I bought both the Squat rack and my 5ft training bar from Fitness World, both products are amazing, the quality is excellent and the prices even better! I highly recommend shopping for your fitness need with them)
